THERE IS A POSITIVE EFFECT!
Inexpensive and stimulates lips. I can’t say it plumps as far as changing physical size of lips. However, it helps keep our lips (often dry and as a result, appear smaller) moist and stimulated to maximize their potential. It does help relax lines around mouth. It’s worth buying!

The first thing I noticed that was weird is there are literally no directions. What you see is what you get. The box has pictures of sun on one side and moon on the other, so my guess is one is for night and one for day. They both are very tingly, and my tongue gets a little numb when it gets some on it. The tingle goes away after about 15-20 minutes. I have always had small lips and I think this product does enhance them a little but it's not a hugely drastic change. I didn't have any adverse reactions and plan to continue using the product regularly.

Does plump!
This does plump! Just not the extreme plump I was looking for. However, my lips were instantly hydrated after every use.

Not exactly what I expected
I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I gave this plumper a try due to the reviews and awesome price. I was excited and tried it as soon as it arrived and kept applying it every hour for five hours then I applied the night lip serum and in the morning tried the daytime plumper but no plumping happened. I will say it is a nice lip gloss and I do love the minty feel on my lips so again… for the price you’re getting two nice refreshing lip glosses so for that it’s worth the price but I wouldn’t expect the results they are selling
