Better than OEM
I was worried a bit because of the lower price. But it seems actually better quality than the OEM. The rubber part is filled in all the way instead of holes like the oem. I believe this will prevent cracking of the rubber part which is the problem of the OEM part. If you have right tool and know how, installation is pretty straight forward.
