Trezor One - Digital Bitcoin Hardware Wallet and Password Manager - Cold Storage for Cryptocurrency - Ultimate Security and Protection - Supports Multiple Coins including Ethereum and ERC-20 - Grey

Bought this and a keep key to test out hardware wallets. I've only been using this for BTC storage so far and have not tested its other features (alt coins, service logins, etc.) The setup is very easy and nicely guided. The chrome extension allows you to view you balance when the device is not connected to your computer, which is nice. Everything about this seems well thought out, and user friendly, while still being secure.

Easy to install and easy to deploy. Seems to be high secure. Also the package itself already gives a high secure feeling as you can hardly open it, so no chance to have a men in the middle fiddling with the device before it arrives in your mailbox.

No problems after I got it set up. It is a 24 word backup hardware and I've already gotten a few bucks into it, so I'm pleased.

A super secure way to store your bitcoins. Essentially, the Trezor stores your private keys on its own hardware such that the private key itself is never shared with either your computer or the internet -- transactions are signed on the Trezor using your private key, and then an encrypted, signed transaction string is fed back to your PC and then to the internet. In addition, a long pin with a variable number key is required for each transaction -- something a hacker will not be able to hack into unless they are holding the Trezor in their hands. Basically, it's belts and suspenders type of security, but given some of the heists of bitcoin that have taken place at the bigger online bitcoin exchanges, this is a great device for anyone who is looking to take more complete control over their coin security and essentially have a super secure environment for their coins. Well worth the price if this is the kind of security solution you are looking for.

The screen simply stopped working after 5 years in secure climate controlled storeage. Without a working screen, you have to use the recovery seed to transfer your keys onto another device. I will never buy Trezor again, this is absolutely unaccepatable for a device that should be able to hold large assets. My Sega Game Gear worked better after 20 years than this worked after 5 years. There are more instances of other people having this screen issue coming up now that these devices are aging. Just check youtube and reddit regarding trezor screens dying. I would never buy this device again, period.

ABSOLUTELY WHAT THE DOCTOR ORDERED, WAS ABLE TO SET UP AND USE WITHOUT MUCH DIFFICULTY, EVEN THOUGH I'M NOT A "TECHIE", HAD IT ON MY KEY RING FOR QUITE AWHILE, THE ANCHOR POINT BROKE, DUE TO SOME BLUNT FORCE TRAMA TO KEY RING, UNIT STILL WORKS THOUGH, WILL DEFINITELY PURCHASE ADDITIONAL COPIES OF THIS ITEM.

2 stars - can only do BTC easily. If you ONLY have BTC, fine and dandy. 4 cryptos I have, BTC, LTC, ETH and XRP. No LTC wallet, for ETH you have to go thru myetherwallet rigamaroll and no plans for XRP. Totally dissappointed in lack of support for the 4 majors. You have forced me to buy a Ledger and return this one. If someone can enlighten me, I would appreciate it. and would be happy to edit this post. Yeah, it does BTC perfect, but geesh, totally over-promised and under-delivered on the rest that I am interested in, IMO. 5-14 update-raised to 3 stars-forced myself to figure out the ETH storage using myetherwallet, had to go to YouTube and go thru some vids, but I did it. Also, learned that Ledger makes you go thru myetherwallet, also it appears. So the units are even there. Still no LTC or XRP wallets.

I'm a bit of a newbie to cold-storage hard-wallets, and I didn't actually realize that it can store Ether, Zcash, and Dash along with BTC! Trezor gives you a lot info about your wallets, such as graphs n' stuff. It's also pretty cool that you can customize the display shown on your Trezor, so you can put any picture you want on the mini-screen!!!!!!!! Set up was extremely simple!
