This is a great product to make your hand strong again, especially if you had a broken wrist! My physiotherapist suggested!Direction on how to use it:Clean the table very well, clean your hands very well, before to use it each time.Take out from container, make a ball and start to quiz and make a new ball.Then start on the table to make a long roll long enough to place twice your fingers. (8)Then push the fingers down in first part on the left and then push down your fingers on the right part. You will have the shape of your fingers on the Putty.Then from left to right, pinch each part with each finger... better to have a video!Make a new ball and start again to roll the Putty on the table and pinch it!I hope that helps!

I bought the xxsoft at my physical therapists suggestion. Mine seems to be becoming looser, more pliable more quickly than hers and hers is used by several pts... I also did pay attention to ordering the correct size, hers is double mine (which may be why hers seems stronger than mine). All in all, I think this is working how its supposed to work and meeting my therapy needs
