I did a lot of research before I selected this b complex. This is a really good place to start with b vitamins and a very good price. There is no way to get optimal b vitamins from food, although the effects of suboptimal nutrition can take a long time to show and might not be caught at a typical medical check up. There is a difference between preventing deficiency, which this product does very well, and taking b vitamins as medicine for particular conditions, which I also benefit from, in addition to this complex.

Great Bcomplex

Not sure if I was B deficient or not, but started taking these since I read it'a hard to overdo it -- it helps me with steady energy all day long- no longer feel a need to nap. I do get tired earlier in the evening but I sleep so deeply and wake up refreshed. My 9 year old is taking them too. I don't taste them much, goes down easy. Higher price than I'd like BUT I love that it all comes from real food, so it's worth it, especially since I don't eat all those foods lol. Repeat buyer

Great product

There was an empty capsule right at the top and powder all over the inside of the bottle. Oddly, the capsule isn't broken so not sure how the content got out. The last bottle I ordered had a cracked capsule and, once again, powder all over the other capsules. Not great to only get 59 capsules instead of 60 on my only 2 orders of this product.
