These really work for me when Many Many pills or other methods have not!! Many reviews I've read complain of the adhesive left after removal and trying to scrub off in the shower, all it takes is rubbing alcohol on a paper towel hold on leftover adhesive a couple of seconds and will wipe right off, no fuss, no scrubbing, my only complaint is the high price when you have to use two patches a day.

I've used other patches from this company (mainly the sleep and caffeine ones) and my husband decided to surprise me with a new batch of sleep ones and bought these as well. I happened to get my time of the month a few days after getting these and I get reallly bad cramps on day 1 and 2. I took my usual pill to reduce the pain on day 1 and decided to put one of these on around 8pm before bedtime. It took about 1 hour to kick in but it did stop my cramps and reduced the pain so I would fall asleep. I really like putting a patch on over taking an oral pill so these may be my new life hack, especially when traveling. You also need to put this one on your stomach area so it isn't visable which makes it super easy to wear around others ( the other patches go on your wrist so its a little more noticable). I wish the packs came in larger sizes but other than that I would give it a shot!

I am going through perimenopause and I didn't notice a difference while using this patch. When removing the patch it hurt so darn bad and tore my skin off. It left a mark too. This product is not recommended at all. Try out supplements instead.

These patches work so good!!! They stay on!! I. Found at jcpennys on sale so I decided to try and I’m so glad I did!! In 2014 I got my tubes tied and ever since my periods have gotten increasingly worse. My periods get so bad I’m doubling over in pain sitting on the toilet! (Crying) wearing a portable heating pad!! So these gave me relief. I still had to take midol but I was not sitting in the bathroom in a ball. They also stay on super well. I put on my stomach. They have other kinds of patches as well, b12 ones I’ve tried don’t stay on my inner wrist but other than that I love them! The dream ones I got 5 straights hours of sleep but I have only tried one time.!! I will buy the period ones every month!!! I will NOT be without EVER!! Makes period cramps Bearable.

i did not notice a difference at night when I needed it to work. May work for some women but I did not notice difference

I stopped all hormones because of breast cancer. Hot flashes have been severe! The good patch for hot flashes has helped decrease the number and severity, but has not eliminated them.

I was very sceptical about this working. I have had hot flashes for the last I'm going to say 2 months. The flashes are terrible but with these patches I wake up with needing to shower again. I'm not freezing my family by having the air on deep freeze lol. I can wear 1 from 9am-5am the next morning bc I work 3rd shift before I have to change it. I felt the hot flashes come back and I knew it was time for a new patch. They hurt like hell taking them off but to me it's worth feeling more like myself again. Hope this helps others.
