Does this product contain Lactobacillus rhamnosus?

Why do different companies list different ingredients for their triphala? Is there a correct one? Recommendations?

Triphala is an Ayurvedic formula of three fruits - amla, haritaki, bibhitaki. In different parts of India they may be called by other names.

Does this need to be taken on an empty stomach, or with food?

I have taken it with food, with only a little food, and occasionally with no food. I haven't noticed any ill effects.

Laxatives can make you feel gassy and turbulent inside. Every body is different, but can you comment on whether this feels like a laxative?

You may need something stronger, if your really stuck. But these actually tone the colon in my opinion, I take 6 every night, w no bad side effects.But everyones different, and you should take minimum amount for satisfactory results. Im in holistic health.Great product,most effective and pure, among brands.
