Great pre!
I’ve been using this pre workout for about a year now and really like it! The taste is sour in my opinion and maybe a 4 out of 5 stars. It definitely gives me energy after a long day of work to get my workout done and out the way for the day! It’s a good size for your money. I do get tingly still after a year of using it but sometimes I don’t take it on days I don’t work or feel high energy. It lasts through my entire workout and I would say about an hour after but I do my best to get in and out the gym (I try to be in the gym about an hour and a half at max if I have to wait for machines).

Tastes terrible, but it’s worth it
Very rare for me to go over 3 stars for anything. Especially if it tastes like this. Gummy Worm is not great, but was in stock. Now I know why. But otherwise it hits like spaz juice. Workout was better, and I felt like I was ready to go. Pricey. I think it works the best of what I’ve rotated though in the last 6 months. I’ll buy again, but not gummy worm flavor.

Really strong....really intense...not for every day exercisers...
I've been using PWO for 15+ years. Tried them all. This one is VERY intense. As others have mentioned, it is so intense that it may cause some nausea. I didn't experience that, but my brother in law did. The mixability is also very poor, but the manufacturer states that "settling may occur" and it sure does. That being said, there's an old saying around gyms that goes something like "You don't take PWO for the flavor". This product powers workouts like none other. Sustained energy/focus/pumps for 2+ hours. Check out the ingredient label. Massive amounts of staple ingredients. If you're into very strong PWO, give this ago. If intensity isn't your thing in this department, try something else.

When I got it it was like a rock I couldn't even pull out the scoop that's how hard it was
This product that they sent me look like it was old and I must have kept it in the back because it was completely solid the whole pre-workout was solid like a concrete Rock I couldn't even pull out the scoop that's how bad it was I had to actually throw it out this is a total disappointment I don't know how they could even have sent me that.

I bought it for my son, that’s his 4th container. Taste better than different energy powders. Value for the money.

Nasty bitter
Nasty will never buy this again. Stick with Regular Lit AF and a cheap creatine mono. This has a terribly bitter aftertaste
