Great investment, beautiful and well made.
Great investment. Came in a great packaging. Beautiful black faucet with a good filter faucet on the same unit. The design saved me a lot of trouble drilling another hole for a stand alone filter faucet. Filter faucet provides great flow. The pull out function is excellent. Withdraw and retrieve was effortless. The spray/stream buttons is a plus. Able to switch without leaks. Be sure to buy a “double stop flow control” in order to install the filter. Very happy with it. Edited after 2years & 11 months of usage.(since 7/18/2019) June 1, 2022 This faucet is still very sturdy, serves the purpose very well: 1. Unlike the other gooseneck faucets which water may drip back to the inner pipe, 2. Retractable pipe is well built, the filter faucet is still in excellent condition & it’s the reason why I bought this faucet set, don’t have to drill filter faucet whole in a rental apartment, thus I won’t be charged for damaging the sink. I still give it a 5 star, no doubts. However, after 3 movings, that means I had to remove the whole set from old apartment to new apartment, 3 times, the plastic valve control (grey & blue color, see photo) cracked a bit from all that install & uninstall, causing a pipe leak under the sink. I wouldn’t consider this a manufacturer’s fault. Just wrote to the original seller / manufacturer. Truly wish they are in good business and they do carry spare parts for customers like me. I requested 2 pieces, just to be safe. I’ll update further if & when I receive a response.

Terrible design
Terrible design. What could have been a 15min installation turned out to be 90min and had to order a replacement unit. Waste of time. It is impossible to pass the fastener nut onto the threaded mast. Both original and replacement unit had the same issue, the arrangement of the hoses leaves connectors at a position that is bigger than the diameter of the mast. There is no way to properly thread the nut onto the mast. On the replacement unit I pre compressed with a clamp all the connectors so they were actually smaller than the mast diameter. It made threading the nut a bit easier but still had to play around to find the right angle. Also on the first unit the nut never securely fastened the mast. I tightened it as much as possible and after using the faucet a few times the nut would come loose. The material of the faucet seems to be made of some low quality alloy. It’s very light. The weight on the pull out hose doesn’t really pull the head back into position on its own. You still have to guide the hose back into the faucet pipe. Overall a bad installation experience and seems to be a low quality product. Only reason why I didn’t return it is because I threw my original faucet away. Should have kept it until I installation was working 100%. Don’t think it will last long.

Nice looking faucet, mostly good quality, but frustrating install
I am split on how to rate this. The faucet itself seems fine. The installation was... not particularly fun at one or two critical points. The unit I received had the connectors for the cold, hot, and filtered lines crammed all together, far too close to the bottom of the threaded mast. The mast nut was actually scraping on the filtered line when trying to take it off out of the box. I made sure I could at least squeeze the lines together enough to get the nut to thread back on, so I figured it was good enough. I needed a bit of additional hardware to get everything connected, due mostly to the odd way the previous homeowners connected the old faucet. I needed a stainless 3/8 comp to 1/2 pipe hose, a 1/2 MIP to 1/2 MIP connector, a pack of 3/8 brass inserts, and a 3/8 comp tee. The tee is connected to the cold supply. One leg runs to my filter, the other leg runs to the non-filtered side of this faucet using the included cold hose. The water filter is connected to the 3/8 to 1/2 hose. The 1/2 hose is connected to the 1/2 to 1/2 connector, which then connects to the 1/2 end of the filtered water line on the faucet. The hot side I was able to just use the hose included in this package. All of that connected up very nicely, with almost no leaks. Except the filtered connection coming off the faucet. The way the connectors were all jammed in together meant it was very difficult to get a straight thread on the filtered connection. Pliers wouldn't fit well, I had to use an 11mm end wrench and turn it just a little bit at a time until I could get it to stop leaking. That's honestly pretty good. I've installed fixtures that were much harder to stop from leaking. The lines all just barely squeezed through the mounting hole. Again, this shouldn't have been any issue if the connectors on my particular faucet weren't so jammed up together. Then it came time to put the mast nut on. I was able to get the nut over the hoses relatively easy. I then spent the next... possibly hour, trying to get the nut to thread on the the mast. The addition of the hot, cold, and filtered hoses attached to the connectors had cramped things even more, and I could no longer get the nut to thread. I ended up squeezing the connectors as hard as I could to bend things into place just ever so barely without breaking anything. It still took some effort, the nut was still scraping on the filtered connector, BUT i was finally able to get it threaded. Finishing up after that was easy. The body of the faucet is some kind of lightweight alloy, but seems fine. It's not luxury or industrial quality, but shouldn't be an issue for normal household use. The hot and cold have great flow. The two spray modes switch easily and cleanly. The pause button works great, it starts and stops the water flow without dripping or causing the spray to act weird. The separate outlet for filtered water is very convenient for extending the life of your filter system, since you won't be running wash/rinse water through it unnecessarily. The handles have a good, smooth feel, and control the water flow evenly. I'm happy with the quality of the faucet overall. At least above the counter. The connectors and mounting hardware was... frustrating, but not so bad that I regret my purchase. I still find this to be a good quality faucet for the price.
