I'm someone who is extremely sensitive when it comes to medicine, unless it's ibuprofen. I'm not a very big person, but I'm not miniscule either. I am very aware of my body and along with that comes occasional anxiety or ruminating, partially from monthly menstrual hormones , partially just from genetics. Once my brain is in that horrible rut of worrying over nonsensical problems that just cannot be fixed, my day is eaten up by stress, and no matter how much I pray at times, and a little chemical help doesn't go astray. I should note that I don't and have never taken any prescription drugs to help my anxiety. I waited quite awhile before giving these drops a whirl, mostly because I was worried about how they'd affect me as I take care of my children and run errands etc. I was having a particularly frustrating day, had eaten a full meal, and decided the time had come. I simply squeezed one dropper full under my tongue and swallowed. I was amazed and perplexed that the tincture started working very rapidly, in under two minutes! At first I laugh and thought that maybe it was a placebo effect, but it continued for about thirty minutes afterward so I knew it was real. The tincture doesn't completely get rid of worries, but sort of numbs the user to stress a little bit. It almost felt like an alcohol buzz without the intoxication and dizziness.... Rationality wasn't out the window, nor was common sense or logic, but I felt a little more.... dare I say careless? In some ways this is great and helpful, but in other ways not so much. I felt a felt a little too despondent, especially when it came to needing to get things done around my house and with my young kids. I didn't neglect any duties of course, but I also didn't feel particularly motivated or interested in much. I realized that I definitely wouldn't want to take these drops before driving, as I'm not sure my brain would feel alert enough on a busy road. These are good for days at home or evenings when the worries just won't stop knocking. I will use them very sparingly, and the bottle should last me a good long while this way as well.

Not a great taste but I can get past it. It's cut my cravings down.
