Is this safe for septic systems?

You don’t wash the product through your washing machine so in theory it doesn’t go into the septic. You put the product on the rubber seal, let it sit and then remove it with a cloth.

Is this safe for the rubber gasket or does the product slowly deteriorate the rubber with repeated use?

Apparently it is safe because it did nothing. My gasket was still full of mold after I tried the process several times. It does not work. Waste of money

How does it work on the runner rim on top laosing machine?

I have a front loader, unable to answer your question. Works great on the front loader.

Can i use thos on the calking along the floor outside my bathrub?

You can try. But start with a small area first. I have only used inside the washing machine. Needed several applications to get rid of years of mold build up.
