Having perioral dermatitis flareups this winter, this soap was life changing. Has a strange scent but it does the job and works well. I recommend not using it multiple times a week. Maybe just 1-2. Very drying, which is what it’s supposed to do.

My dermatologist requested me to use it for my eczema. Works okay, I have much issues many products with my skin issues. This product can be a little pricey, but works very well.

This product was recommended to me from one of the dermatologists with whom I was rotating - they kept recommending this product to teenagers with oily skin (that aren't mature enough to handle a legitimate skincare routine), telling them to use it in the shower a few times per week. I have had oily skin and hair for as long as I can remember - it is priced affordably, so I figured I'd give it a shot. This stuff is NO JOKE. After use, you can feel that there is no oil left - nothing, zero, nada, zilch. I use it on my face and hair every other day, usually while I'm in the shower (just as recommended by that dermatologist), followed by my regular face wash - and moisturize/condition RIGHT after. I feel that I do not have as oily of skin/hair anymore, which is just so, so refreshing - if I go more than two days without using it, I can tell. It is definitely not a product for every day use - I think even use once or twice a week would be sufficient for most people that want to try it. This stuff dries you UP. A word of warning: it smells like sulfur/tar. The smell does not linger, but that is why I follow it up with my normal facewash. It does not smell up the cupboard/bathroom just sitting - you notice it when you get it out of the packaging and when you get it wet during use.

Lathers great. Works well on dry skin. Will continue to buy.

I misread the ad. I wasn't expecting only One Bar. I saw 3. But it was 3 ounces. I was not looking for skin lightning products. It was my mistakes I was tired of searching for a Glycerine soap my husband would like. Since Dial no longer sells his favorite Glycerine berry soap. It's aroma is pleasant to begin with but quickly over powers your sense of smell. Cleans body well.
