I love this ulu, the knife is super sharp and it’s perfect for chopping up fresh herbs for cooking! makes it so much easier than chopping tiny leaves with a regular knife. Seems pretty high quality from Alaska.

The most useful kitchen knife I have, along with the curved cutting bowl to match the blade.
I have owned one for a long time. Excellent for cutting/chopping almost anything; including frozen meat. I use a crock stick sharpener which produced a 20-degree edge which works well. This one purchased as a wedding gift for a relative. Maybe she can use it to cut up a moose, she hunts, too. Like all good tools, keep them oiled.

Really goodlooking knife set.
I am pleased with the Ulu knife set. Used it to cut up some herbs and although it takes a bit of practice to feel comfortable, I'm looking forward to using it a lot more this coming summer when my home grown herbs are ready. Thanks Amazon, as usual.

Outstanding
This product is the original, right from Alaska. It is gorgeous and well made and very sharp. I am impressed with the way it is wrapped - I am using it as a gift -- and I couldn't be more satisfied with the quality, details, and even packaging of this item. I believe it is the best choice of its kind!
