Love this pot.
Very happy with the pot. Some years ago, I had a 10 qt. aluminum pot that heated quickly and was perfect for pasta water. In fact that's mostly what I used it for. Then I was persuaded by my family to replace it with an expensive stainless steel pot--cooking with aluminum was considered by some to be hazardous to one's health. I truly disliked the stainless steel pot--took literally forever to bring water to a boil. Now the current research in aluminum seems to show it safe for cooking so I researched available pots and bought this one. It heats water quickly, is low enough to be able to add pasta, not too heavy, has a nice lid, and cleans nicely. Also like the riveted handles. Very happy with it.

Immediate Discoloration
I used this pot right after I received it for turkey bone broth. The discoloration was immediate and looks unsafe. If I felt like paying more just to return, it would be gone. Maybe I'll just trash it.
