nice headset for the price, super light and comfortable, easy to clean, adjustable in every way, mute and other buttons all work well... good, clear sound in my ear, and the people on the other end of calls are all always able to hear me loud and clear...... heads up though, if you prefer the background noise in the room that YOU'RE in to be canceled out a bit by your head set, so that YOU don't hear it as much, then this is probably not a good choice, it only covers one ear, and sits very lightly against that ear, so you can still easily hear everything going on in the room around you, I prefer it this way so it's great for me, but just wanted to mention it for others

I think this was a great buy. I use it for work activity. The sound is extremely clear and background noise free . The cord is long enough to give me freedom in my home office, and yet short enough to not get all tangled up. I bought it because of the price, and it works very well. I do not use it for gaming as it is only one speaker, but for office work I love it.

Just covers 1 ear - so noise cancellation not really possible but the ear which is covered has good sound

One of the main features I purchased this headset for was the mute button. Unfortunately, the mute button doesn’t work. The noise cancellation is decent but definitely not great. This is a good headset for Zoom meetings but not for gaming. I heavily appreciate the USB connection. I feel it’s more secure than a Jack. Nice fit with a loose headband (perhaps a little too loose but it’s better than being too tight).

Been working from home, and needed a headset to plug into my laptop, and so far (1 week) this thing works really well. Just plugged it into my USB and it worked. I have a big head, and it's no problem, even fits well over my ball cap. I have the one with only covers the right ear, by the way, and I can hear people really well on conference calls but yet I can still hear what's going in my house (not that I care). Lightweight, mouthpiece adjusts easy, I like it !

Bought for work from home job because I prefer a monaural. No complaints. Great sound, mic does what it should and it’s comfortable. Have also used it to play WoW and it’s great.

The headset is good. The microphone has a nice adjustment feel, very bendy. The controls are not good. There are buttons to mute, raise volume, lower volume, and hang up. The markings are not easy to see and the design is very symmetrical.
