Thick, sturdy, but flexible.
The leather is stiff at first, but a little exercising the band and rounding to your wrist, it becomes extremely comfortable and looks great. This is not a cheap vinyl or faux leather band, it is genuine cowhide with stitching going all the way through outlining the band. The ends are finished all around the band, giving it a polished/casual look. You can remove the back pad and just wear the watch as a normal watchband. With the back pad on, the band fits like a 7.5 or exactly and 8. In my case, it ends up on the last and next to the last hole on the band. So if your, wrist is larger than 8 inches in circumference, this may be tight. If it is for you, you get a lot of bang for the buck. I recommend it.

Great, but shorter than expected
Well made and really good looking real leather, but the strap is a little shorter than preferable. It is not quite as yellow as pictured, but still a very nice yellow/brown. I use it, but wish it was 3/4" longer -and I have small wrists. This would not fit someone with large hands.

Great Bund strap for larger watches
It’s better than I thought! I was worried it would be a cheap feeling leather, but it’s nice and thick! The leather is still soft even on first wear. It definitely feels better with continued use. The band looks small, I have a fairly large watch on it, a Bell & Ross BR126 cream dial. Although it’s got a 41mm dial the lug to lug is long IMO. This leather bund helps with that long profile and now my watch sits perfectly on my wrist! I got a roughly 7.25 wrist, so this straps perfect!

Good for 6.5 inch or smaller wrists, too small for 7 inch.
Good quality, but a bit too short. The buckle only engaged the very last hole on my 7 inch wrist. If your wrist is 6 1/2 inches or smaller, it should fit, but is too small for 7 inch wrists. Note, the white / cream colored stitching does stand out and is not subtle.

Great
Stitches are crooked and the holes are tough to size to your wrist because they are really far apart. Besides that the material looks great and feels pretty durable. The comfort is pretty great but over all the look is the best

Very cheap leather, smells of mold
I really like this style of watch band and have several from other companies, however this is the first from China. This one is sub-par in all but the price point. First, it smells of mold, even though there is no mold I can detect on the outside of the band. That being said it is not made of a solid piece of leather, but two very thin pieces sewn together back to back, so perhaps the inside is where the mold is hiding. The straps that buckle around your wrist are made for someone with VERY small wrists. Mine are maybe a very small medium, I can only get it to buckle in the first hole if I’m willing to let it double as a tourniquet. I got the dark brown which actually has quite a reddish hue. If you are looking for a rugged watch band, this isn’t it. If you’re looking to buy one for a very young person, this may be suitable.

I kept getting watch rashes.
I kept getting watch rashes. Not from the band itself, but from the back of the watch. Might be a nickle allergy, idk. I don't use the sensor and this worked well for me. My rash is slowly healing. If you need the sensor, find one similar, but with a hole for it. I had to turn off the setting in my watch for wrist detection.

This strap is the splits
When I buy leather straps, or make them, I bend the leather to soften it. That's never been a problem. Until this strap. I bent the "leather?" to soften it and it cracked. I had some green dye, so the photo shows the cracks dyed, but I'm surprised how bad the material is. Overall it looks good but I can't see this lasting.

I know the colour name is red, but I thought it would be a darker almost brownish red like the pictures.

I bought this to replace a black rubberised strap on a diver's watch, which was not really comfortable. As mentioned by others, the strap is a bit short (7" wrist - 2nd hole from end) when used with the cuff patch but on it's own is fine and a great light tan colour (could be darkened with shoe polish), which went with the orange strip on the bezel. To sum up a good strap, only fault a little short strap wise, when used with the cuff but still useable.
