It is really firm
I didn’t know which model to get. I need it to work on ankle stability after a break. I needed a little wobble but not too much. When I stand on this there is hardly any wobble - it’s more like standing on the floor. I think I need to go to a standard one to get the instability I need to challenge my ankles. If you want it hard- this one is perfect. If looking for some extra stability I wouldn’t get this one.

Great sturdy pad for kneeling on
This balance pad is very good after I had knee replacement had a hard time getting out of the tub so I put this in the tub with me and it’s so easy to kneel on it to get myself out of the tub would recommend it if you love tub baths, and have to kneel a lot
