I just started taking the recovery and energy bits. This review so far is just on the recovery bits, they are better than ambient. I can’t believe that I only take five bits right before bed and I have trouble keeping my eyes open after 30 minutes. I sleep all through the night with no problems. When I wake up, I am focused not foggy and I have energy. My mind and body feels great! I have tried the energy pills in the morning and they do keep you going. I’ve been searching for natural products that would replace all of my pharmaceuticals and these so far are definitely it! I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the taste and I can tell you they taste nutty, I love the flavor. I am 59 years old and 260lbs and I only need 5 recovery bits to get me to sleep. I’ve ordered the large canister of recovery.

Did not feel much but only took 10 tablets per dose so getting a larger supply to try more. Will say felt more clear headed/higher energy the afternoon I took the blue bag.

I’m sure they’ll have benefits, but I didn’t realize you take at least 10 a day! That makes them expensive!
