Only had it for a bit, but it works perfectly so far. Would definitely recommend.

This has been in use every other day for a month and experience has been good, but I have had to request a replacement. The surface has a couple of chips in the non stick ceramic surface, so the surface may or may not be durable, and to be honest, I can’t say if they were there or not when purchased, or if it happened with use. One thing which is clear though, it shouldn’t have happened within a month of normal use. The good points. The pan is easy to clean and like anything else, if you look after it, then it will look after you. It is easy to cook in. Eggs do stick, but they become unstuck very easily through cooking. Pancakes don’t seem to stick at all, and everything else cooks as expected and doesn’t get stuck. It also has no known toxic chemicals which leak into the food or air, and it is made of steel, so is durable. Bad points. It’s a steel pan so it is heavy. Something which I think is relevant to add. I do have another blue diamond pan which I have used for over a year, and apart from the steel staining underneath through use, the surface has remained strong and nonstick and free from chips. I don’t use metal utensils while cooking on nonstick pans, so can’t say how durable they are if you prefer to use metal spatulas ect.

I've followed all the advice but it's stained and sticks. After the first use, food sticks. It's particularly bad with fried eggs. You click the customer support link and it's "page not found" No way to return or replace.
