These offer great support and fit comfortably. I have osteoarthritis of both knees and they enable me to walk greater distances with less pain. After using several times they will become easier to put on. I marked the inside label for L and R for consistent fit. The first pair that I received was the older style with straight rubber grip rings of the top banding and they caused red rings on my thighs. I contacted NEENCA and they replaced them with the newer style "curvy" grip ring braces and I have had no problems whatsoever. These are made very well and I suspect they will hold up over time. Update: I've now had these for a good while and I still love them! There still the best knee pad I've found!! Still 100% intact! I've worked retail for most of my life and my knees have definitely seen better days with that being said I've always had a hard time finding knee braces that were comfortable when stocking and bending a lot but when I wear these my knees do not hurt at all. The compression is perfect for me. There very light weight and stay in place (which is very hard to find) I love that my knees can still breathe in the fabric. The effectiveness of the gel ring on the cap is wonderful. When im stocking now my knee cap doesn't even touch the ground. I personally love the color I chose blue. Easy to slip on and off. Definitely would recommend doing the sizing. I think it makes a world of difference. All in all I would definitely buy these again and would recommend them to anyone who's is a picky person like me.

These are some of the better knee braces I've owned over many years of needing to wear one. Good support overall and a better than most lateral support of the knee from more side support than most others. They fit pretty tight so measure your knee carefully.

Update: Unfortunately, I had to remove 1 star. Please see the pictures of the rash that developed after wearing the knee supports for several hours. This is how it looks on Day 3. At first I thought it was just an indentation, but it’s an itchy rash. Another reviewer posted about this. I would say if you have sensitive skin, either don’t buy these or only wear for short periods of time. I still really like them. So when the rash clears, I’ll use them for my workout only. About half an hour. I’m also going to look into lining whatever material is used at the top. It did not cause an indentation or rash under the bottom part. So, just be aware of the potential issue. Clearly many people do not have this problem. Original Review: I bought these for weight training at home. I’m over 60 and it’s critical that I protect my joints. The last knee brace I had was uncomfortable. After reading reviews, I decided to give these a try. It’s much more economical to buy a pair. Another reviewer mentioned he went down a size because he wanted good compression for short-term wear (like working out). So I followed his advice. I’m 5’ 3’’ tall and weigh about 165 pounds. By the size guidelines (I measured as best I could), I should have ordered an extra large. I went with the large. I tried them on with the intent of wearing them for awhile to make sure I want to keep them. Well, it’s been over 2 hours and I forgot I still have them on! Supportive and comfortable. They appear to be excellent quality. I recommend washing in cold water, gentle cycle, air dry, to increase the longevity of the fabric. Highly recommended.

These knee braces are amazing! They offer excellent support, reduce pain, and stay perfectly in place even during long days. The gel pad around the kneecap feels very comfortable, and the compression really helps with stability. Great quality and totally worth it

The pads work okay but they slip. I guess my legs are too skinny because the bottom sleeve doesn't even touch my legs.

Use them for stability pick up stuff twisting and turning. Wear them 10 hrs a night my knees feel great the support they give my legs is amazing. My legs don't feel tired at the end of my shift. I will buy these again.

Finally, a product that works and feels great on the knee. For the past few weeks, the knee pain has been minimal.
