We have been searching for a great toaster for years. seemingly ones we purchased in the past were to over the top with electronics. more of a hassle. we researched this Waring and LOVED LOVED the fact it was old-school mechanical. It's Job to MAKE TOAST and it makes it PERFECT. sometimes technology is not a solution. Basic time tested processes are the best. This Toaster to us , is the BEST !!!! If you want quality, performance, ease of use and Toast Perfection.. this is the one ! also side note.. slot sizes are awesome for Bagels !!

I've only had this since November and already one side wont stay down it just pops right back up so it is unusable. you would think a toaster that costs over 200 dollars would last longer than that. Ive bought 20 dollar toasters that lasted years.

Best toaster out there. Last one I had lasted over 20 years before one side wouldnt stay down. Worth the money!

Got this for about half the price vs. our restaurant equipment supplier. Commercial quality, works great. No complaints at all.

I've relied on these for a long time. They work really well. They don't last forever, spend the $500 if you want to hand down your toaster when you pass on. For 230, they work like champs. These eject the item very well. Toasting is even.

I have been buying the same toaster from waring and this is the first time it only lasted 2 months Now it only toasts 2 pieces and none in the other 2 slots For the money I spent I expected it to last alot longer Can you give us a new one

Yes, I realize many state failure of one side (in my case the right side), however, the original purchased toaster, purchased in September, 2015, has performed over that time in a professional setting where we toast about 6 - 8 loaves of bread every Friday and about 16 - 48 sandwich rolls or slices twice a week. Over time, it did fail. Considering the cost of a "more professional" unit, the value was there. The second unit (this present unit), purchased October, 2018, I added a 3 year warranty for the appropriate cost. For 36 months use of my needs, that becomes cheap and the insurance worth the money. Cost benefit ratios. Review the numbers to see if it makes economic sense to you.

Evaluating this product on its toasting performance is not worth the money. It does not toast bread evenly; one side is always darker than the other. One would expect a toaster that its manufacturer claim is a commercial grade unit is false. I think that Amazon has a responsibility to its customers to evaluate the performance claimed by its manufacturer of any product they allow to sell under its banner.
