Why are there two different size charts?

I assume one is regular and one is plus. I ordered the size I normally wear and if anything it runs a little big and sleeves long.

What is the length of the shirt?

Not too long. It’s elastic around bottom so will ride up some but sits just below belly on me but moves up a little as u wear. I just pull it back down. It’s a comfortable top and lovely top.

What colored shoes should I wear with the caramel color top?

Black, caramel colored, or red. Even off white.
