Had to exchange the first one I got because the magnet fell out the first time I used it. Replacement set worked all day and had no issues. Usually Klein tools is a higher quality brand - surprised me that the first one had the magnet come out. But the replacement has been so far - so good.

I recently got the Klein Tools 32768 impact driver set, and it’s been pretty useful around the house and for small projects at work. the flip socket feature makes changing bits super easy and saves time. i like that it comes with nut drivers and multiple sizes in one kit. the lengths are just right for tight spots. haven’t had any issues so far, and it feels durable enough for regular use. definitely a good addition to my toolbox for when i need to handle screws and nuts fast 😊.

Klein tools impact driver set. I am a HVAC technician and this is a needed tool in my opinion. Most commonly used sizes in the hvac trade 1/4" and 5/16" The quick flip works great. No need to keep up with 2 different bits. This seems to be a quality product. Very easy to use and to keep up with. Very compact size to keep in a pocket or tool pouch. Very convenient to have 2 different lengths for better access to some are to reach screws. Stability is great. Very good utility tool to have on hand. But the magnetic needs to be better installed or use a better glue because it will fall out eventually. Thankfully I have been fortunate to find the magnet this time around to glue it back in.

Handy bits. Removable and reversible hex bits allow you to remove metal shavings that typically clog up normal magnetic hex bits. Great idea but be cautious as the bit tends to fall off it you bump it when moving your impact driver around.

Always trusted klein tools but with tool on one of the rod the magnet came off attached to the bit

Disappointing, Sockets Jam on Driver Stem........ bad QA in Country of manufacture. Bad Look for Klein. Both items so it is a systemic manufacturing problem
