Good product. Works on gravity and just enough pressure flow to clean your nasal vanity area without going in too much. The others I had used in the past was causing the water to flow too much and causing ear blocks. This is working out very well for me. Only use it once in a week at this point of the season.

The product is impressively simple and easy to use. The only thing I wished was that the suction power was a little more stronger. But other than than, it's great. Also it is extremely important to remember to re click the button underneath the bottle after use if you're going to fill up again. Otherwise the water will drain. This fooled me a couple of times😅

I love that you control the water flow. It has a stop button on the bottom. Easy to use.

I've been a Neti-Pot user for years. When the spout on the Neti cracked and started leaking I thought I would try something new. I considered the Navage but was concerned with what it would take to thoroughly clean and dry it. What I was looking for was a system that could add an ever so slight pressure or suction. The Neti was hard plastic which only allowed for gravity feed. With the Tonelife's flexible bottle you can add slight positive pressure but I would be very cautious in doing so due to injury if too much pressure is applied. I rarely need to add any pressure as the carburetored bottle seems to work just fine. The upright position the Tonelife allows is more comfortable than that of the Neti. If your looking to replace your Neti I would suggest Tonelufe as an inexpensive alternative.

I have frequent sinus congestion and after years of using a regular neti pot, I decided to try something new. Can't get over how easy it is to get a gentle flow of water going! Very pleased and will definitely get another one as a backup. Great product for anyone who can't seem to put their head at the right angle to get a good nasal wash with a neti pot or squeeze bottle - this is very simple to use.

I bought this product a couple of years in a row. It was perfect; however the most recent one I bought in the spring, I just had a chance to open it since I came down with a cold. It kept leaking uncontrollably. When I flip it upside down to put into my nose it would stream water from the tip. Then when I squeezed it water would squirt out from underneath the screwed on lid. I checked and found that both of the bottles did not come with the sealing ring inside the lid. I don't know if this is a quality control issue or they decided to eliminate it all together.Although It does say Sealing Ring inside the lid in the description. So disappointing since I kept it as a backup and it is past the return window. I was a true believer of this product but now I am not sure anymore. May have to shop for a different brand.

I’ve been using a nasal rinse for 10 years now to help control my nasal polyps. My doctor has prescribed me liquid budesonide to mix with the saline solution. I make my own saline mix by mixing 8 tsps of kosher salt (no iodine) and 8 tsps of baking soda into a gallon of distilled water (the doctor gave me that formulation). You can save a TON of $ by making your own. I use this mixture in this nasal syringe once everyday. This nasal syringe works great! Much less messy than Netipots. The only issue I have with it is their is an almost transparent o-ring inside the lid that has a nasty habit of falling out occasionally and it can disappear on a counter or floor easily. Im here writing this review while I order another set of these because I’ve lost both o-rings. It sure would be nice if the company sold the o-rings separate,y or included a couple of extra ones.
