Anyone use these to patch an air mattress? Curious how well they might work for the cause.

It probably won't work well on an air mattress since air mattresses are usually made from vinyl. This is specifically made for tire tubes which are made from Butyl. The vulcanizing adhesive bonds with butyl but won't bond properly with vinyl.

How many patches are in the kit?

There are two 1 3/8" x 1" rectangular patches, two 6/8" diameter round patches, & two 1" round patches in each kit. There is also a VERY coarse rectangle of sandpaper, and a tiny tube with enough self-vulcanising fluid to use all the patches and then some. The top of the box has the directions for use. Quite a very complete kit!

Just that - you get two packs. Each pack is a small blue box, about two inches long, with one tube of vulcanising liquid and six patches.

Sorry I don't know if it'll work on snow tubes. These patches work great but depending on the location of the patch...it may or may not work...cause if it's on the under side, it'll be ripped off
