They run small, but great boots
I ordered in my regular size and couldn't squeeze into them, especially with winter socks. I returned and bought one size larger, perfect fit! The most comfortable and easy on/ off snake boots I've ever owned. I wear them hunting all day even when snakes are hibernating because of their comfort and mobility. Be careful zipping them up so as not to get liner caught in zipper. Order another half size larger if you plan to add orthotic insoles.

Comfortable to wear right out off the box
The boots fit very good. I ordered a half size larger and I'm pleased with that decision. The zipper is heavy duty but occasionally I have had issues with the liner getting hung up in the zipper making it impossible to move the zipper. I like the boots because they are comfortable to wear. The boots protect my legs from the dead timber, sticks, heavy brush, and Ticks where I live. I'll give the boots 5 stars. I also registered the boots at Rocky.com which has a 1 year warranty on the boots.

Absolute trash
I got these today. Wow! Terribly disappointed. I was a lineman and climber for 20 years, so I know boots. Comfortable - A+ Keeping your feet warm - A+ But zipper system on these is absolutely trash. Very hard to get zippers up and down. They get hung in the inner lining of the boot and will not go up and down, locking up. So if you want a pair of these boots, carry a good set of pliers in your pocket. And be ready to fight with them, 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off. I would just throw these in the trash instead of going through the aggravation of trying to return them. I will buy the regular boots that I have bought for 20 years because you can't say the name of the company as Amazon will not post your review. You'd be better off going to WalMart and buying a pair off the shelf for a third of the price. Trash is trash.

Snake boots
We have hunting property and like all property it has snakes we’ve already found rattle snakes so I wanted to keep my family safe as possible. Everybody is getting snake boots for Christmas this year. They were good comfortable boots. Everyone seems to like them as they all got them early. I do a lot of outside work in the woods by the house. I wear mine anytime I’m working out there, I can wear them all day with no Problem. One thing, when you zip them up, put your fingers in between the zipper and hold down the cloth so the zipper doesn’t get caught up in the cloth. Otherwise it’s easy to get them on and off.

Too small, had to wear in.
When I first got these, they were too small and tight despite me roidjigk up my size, and getting the "wide" version. After wearing them in for a week they fit much better, and no longer cause extreme pain to wear. They aren't waterproof, but are water resistant. It would take direct pressurized water to seep through however. They aren't as advertised 100 percent, but so far no other pair of boots has survived my job. I was hasty in my initial review. They are decent and useful, but the sizes may be inaccurate.

Black plastic zipper on newer versions fails, and I found the width runs narrow.
I've had three pairs of these boots so I have some experience with them. I like them since they are easy to put on with the zippers (versus laces). They are also pretty heavy duty (except for the black plastic zippers). The first two pairs were a smaller size (10 or 10.5) that I bought from Cabelas -- these fit tight and narrow. The first pair had brass colored metal zippers, but after four years or so the liner eventually bunched up at the right heel to prevent the heel from being fully inserted -- they then became unusable although the metal zippers held up. I bought the second pair (same smaller size), and it had different black plastic zippers. I also had the same heel problem with these, and one of the zippers eventually gave out after about year. The third pair was a bigger Size 11 Wide that I bought from Amazon -- it also has the black plastic zippers . This larger size works much better for me -- no heel problems and is more comfortable. But the black plastic zipper has given out on one boot in less than a year (just like the previous pair). The problem happens when the inner zipper liner under the plastic zipper gets caught in the zipper --- the black plastic zippers just can't handle much force to free them and I experienced off-tracking of the zipper and fraying of threads that secure the zipper to the boot. If you buy these, I suggest that you are careful when zipping up and down to put your finger under the zipper as you zip them to prevent the liner from being caught in the zipper -- if I buy another pair of these boots this is what I'm going to do. (If anyone knows of a similar zipper style snake boot that is made well, please respond and let me know).

Wet feet once more
I love the boots, comfortable water proof, just what I wanted, unfortunately after wearing them a few times once again they have started to leak. Why state these boots are water proof when obviously they are not, this isn’t the first pair of Rocky boots I have purchased that seem to have this problem.
