But it's not bad and the scooper is like I believe a teaspoon size and it says to take one of these a day on the neutral cost "unflavored creatine monohydrate"

This creatine does exactly what it should. It's micronized, so it mixes easily into water, juice, or a protein shake with barely any grit, and since it's unflavored it doesn't change the taste of whatever I put it in. One tub lasts a long time at 5g a day, which makes it a great value. I've been taking it consistently and I'm happy with it. Only knocking off one star because the powder can clump a bit if any moisture gets in the tub, and the included scoop could be easier to use. Otherwise, a reliable product I'd buy again.

I must say this Creatine Monohydrate gets you up and moving not as taking speed but as restoring of the muscles. This product sends water to the muscle and I noticed when resting that also helps. You must and I cannot say it enough drink plenty of water. Water is going into the muscles not the body which is good. Over the years we do not think of treating the muscles however, it is needed. I read you can take caffeine and creatine together high doses of caffeine might slightly reduce creatine’s performance benefits. I put mines in cold or room temperature drinks then shake it until it dissolves and drink it right away. I can tell and feel it working no upset stomach and I sometimes take it 15 minutes after I eat it helps it digest better. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT IT DOES WHAT IT SAYS IT’S GOING TO DO! I would purchase again.

Imma be honest people, look no further than this great product! I started seeing the results after a few days/weeks and then ofc months. It's flavorless, consistency is consistant and mixability is incredible as well. I have no issues adding it to protein drinks or even straight water. As far as quantity it is true to what it says as well ofc for the dosage which is 5g or 1 scoop. Keep up your energy and building big muscles with this great product!
