Le revêtement n'accroche pas parcontre des traces de chaud se mettent à l'intérieur et l'extérieur dès laa première utilisation, assez difficile à faire partir. Ce ne sont pas des traces d'aliments brûlés, des traces de chauffe qui viennent en faisant chauffer la poêle a vide.(Malgré utilisation correct comme avec mes autres poêles)

It it fantastic, absolutely non stick, no oil necessary. Lightweight yet solid. Washes up well and so easy to wash. Used it for stir fry’s, it is spot on!
