Light feature stopped working
I ordered the faucet a year ago and the light feature has already stopped working. I absolutely love the faucet, the look of it and the light was what made me order it. I emailed the company a month ago to see if they would replace, like they did for the customer within these reviews. Ibelieve she said they sent her 2 replacements. However, I have not received a reply back. I just sent a follow up email. As of now, I do not recommend if the light feature is going to stop working within a year. I still update this review of the company replies with a resolution. Update: 14May2026 The company replied back to my follow up email and offered to send me two replacement LED lights free of charge. Happy that they were able to rectify the issue. They said it can take up to 10-15 business days as it's coming from China. I still love the look of the faucet.

Great customer service!
We love the faucet. I didn't originally care if I had the light but after getting used to it we love it. Our kitchen is at the furthest point away from our hot water heater so it takes a very long time for the water to get hot. Having a visual light that tells you as it gets hot is actually very useful. But even better is the customer service. After 6 months, the light stopped working. I reached out to the company and they immediately sent our a replacement part to fix the light free of charge. No questions asked. Arrived in just a few days.

Great quality but the hose part to short for my sink
Love everything about it expect when I want to stretch out the hose to clean my sink it’s not long enough for my sink. But everything else works great. Love the light feature.

Great purchase
We purchased this about 9 months ago and haven’t had any issues with it. It looks great and functions well, along with a very reasonable price. The changing colors with the temperature is an added bonus. Also, superb customer service!! Highly recommend this purchase
