I love this case and it does its job well as I mentioned on the title. Here are some of my observations to help you make your purchasing decision.1) The case fits very well although it took a little effort on my part to install it the first time. Once the case is installed, the openings (holes) are perfectly aligned to the phone. I say this in comparison to another case (not this brand) that was made for another Samsung phone. Although the openings on that case still allow you to use the phone, the openings are not as perfectly aligned as the ones this Rayboen case. It is a minor detail but it is an indicator of quality and attention to detail by the manufacturer in my opinion.2) This case adds noticeable thickness to your phone.3) The back and sides of the case have a textured surface. I like that because it makes the phone easier to grip. One thing that I don't like with the bare Samsung Note 9 phone is that it is very slippery and attracts fingerprints very easily. Due to the thickness and textured surface of this case, I feel more confident that the phone won't slip when I pick it up from the table.4) The built-in silver buttons on this case align perfectly with the buttons on my Note 9 phone. Thus, the buttons work very well with the case installed.5) If you like your phone to be "identifiable" (such as seeing the Samsung logo), this case may not work for you. Once you install the case, the phone looks like a "generic phone" in my opinion. In other words, there is no quick way to identify what type of phone you have once the case is installed. That is not an issue for me but I wanted to point it out in case it matters to you.

I'm really liking this case so far. It's very light, not at all bulky; the buttons press very easily and smoothly; and it really still shows off your phone. The fingerprint reader is easily accessible, something I've had issues with on other cases, but not this one!I switched to a flexible screen protector, so I can't be sure, but it looks like it would interfere less with the glass ones. My previous case was always hitting the glass ones and popping them off, hence why I switched, but I don't think this one would have that problem since the sides seem far more recessed. As far as durability, I'm not sure yet. Since the sides are lower, it doesn't provide much screen protection, but it does have TPU sides so it should provide some drop protection to the edges.

I like the side button easy to trigger. But some may find the side button get in a way. Its quite protruding.
