Great fit
Our vehicle has had a recall for quite some time and every time we reach out to the dealership they have a back log of vehicles in line waiting for the A-Pillar windshield trim piece which is prone to breaking and flying off of the Ford Explorers. After 6 months, I finally got tired of my wife driving around with the missing pillar. I compared a few here on Amazon and after extensive research on reviews and price I decided to purchase the right side A-Pillar for our 2016 Ford Explorer. It took me about 15 minutes to remove the old remaining pieces, clips and screws and then install the new pieces back onto the car. Once I had secured the screws and removed the double sided tape I made sure to add weight to the side of the pillar secured by the double sided tape for about 1/2 hour. Then I proceeded to tape the entire A-Pillar down with Painters tape for a full 24hrs. Since the install 2 months ago we have had no issues and it looks great!

Fit perfectly and went on easy. This has also stayed on while driving and I have been through the carwash twice. The part that came on my vehicle from Ford came off after going through the carwash the second time and then the other side came off while driving. Ford couldn't figure out how to fix it, but this product has seemed to work so far.

Good Cheap Replacement
Worked great as a cheap replacement, fitment isn’t perfect but not terrible. I popped top clip in first and worked my way down. It lined up pretty good would order again!

Garbage!
Complete garbage! Broke into pieces with very little pressure when snapping clips into place.

Ready install - fittament not the best
5 mi.utes to install Looks good, just not the exact fittament as the OEM part. Fors failed to produce enough of these to honor their own recall, so Id highly recommend this route outside of the OEM option.

Didn't line up correctly; 2012 Explorer
2012 Explorer; I unfortunately had the same issue as a few others here. The inside part fit perfectly, which started me off happy. But then I went to install the outside trim and the curve of the piece wasn't quite right and the top clip just shattered. I wasn't even heavy handed with it, as I am extra careful whenever installing plastic onto vehicles. But it just didn't work for the top 1/4 of the piece. So my happiness turned to disappointment, as I now have to figure out a way to secure the top in place firm enough that it doesn't rattle or come loose.

Plastic clip crumbled
When my order arrived... It had one of the middle clips already broken....good thing it came with extra clips. Unfortunately....when I went to install the top trim piece....the top clip closest to the roof crumbled upon insertion. This doesnt have a replacement....I would need a whole new piece. Went out and bought glue instead....we will see how it holds up.

Says it fits contour of car, nope
The bottom piece was ok, was able to make it work.the top trim piece was straight and did not clip in the top snap, which is arguably the most important section! Just waiting to see how long before it comes off and I have to go buy another one…..
