Will the headset work with Audacity voice recording software?

This headset does not work pretty much at all... I can hear but nobody can hear me. Wasted $100. Bought a different brand, which works great. I do not recommend this headset for any reason. I tried it for 4 days, hoping it would get better... now sits in a drawer

Can the volume of the sidetone be adjusted?

It can't at this time, there's only one level of sidetone. Maybe in the future if software is added the sidetone will be able to be controlled.

how do i get repairs or warrenty? been using for less than a month and the right side foam peice just came off
