Can I use this as shampoo?

I do, since it is a continuation of the old aqua glycolic shampoo and body wash, which my dermatologist told me to use as a shampoo...uhm, twenty years ago now? Make sure to use a conditioner.

sulfate and paraban. are these suppose to be harmful or what?

While There is no scientific evidence to prove either can cause cancer - parabans are known to mimic estrogen in the body and sulfates cause skin irritations so using them on a daily basis in high levels can eventually be harmful but I am not a medical professional nor can I give health advice
