Does this product have the ovulation monitor in addition to the ovulation test sticks?

These are not sticks for the monitor. They are urine lh tests and one hCG test.

Why am I seeing nothing on the ovulation test strip? Am I only supposed to some lines during ovulation and nothing for the rest of the time?

You should always see a control line. If not, the test is invalid. You always have lh in your body in varying concentrations so you can potentially get two lines at any time, but it's also normal to have just one line on some tests. You'll know you have a positive when the test line is as dark, or darker than the control line. Good luck getting pregnant!
