JBL Wireless Two Microphone System with Dual-Channel Receiver, Black

I gave them to my husband and he loved them; there's nothing better for home karaoke. They have a long battery life and sound perfect—he absolutely loved them.

Excellent quality and exactly as described. It works great, feels well made, and exceeded my expectations. It was easy to use, offers great value for the price, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable product.

The microphones are great sound good and we’re easy to connect. Writing another review to highlight the amazing customer service I received from JBL/Harman. My microphone receiver had stopped working and it was outside amazons return window. I contacted the company directly and they were so nice and helpful they replaced my receiver and even when I had a little trouble with the replacement process they were very patient with me until everything was correct. So I was really happy with my experience. When I got the receiver I was worried if the new one would immediately connect to my current microphones and speaker but I had no problem it worked just like the old one didn’t have to do anything extra or program it or anything. Great products and customer service. Would definitely do business with this company again.

Sound is pretty good, and they're fairly lighweight. I'm getting a bit of interference every once in a while, but I'm using the mic in close to all my other recording equipment, so maybe that won't be a problem if the mic is further away. As others have noted, it's very easy to accidently turn off the mic, because the power switch is light to the touch, and it's placed right where you hold the mic. Plosives are pretty bad, but I use a foam screen, and that improves things greatly.

We absolutely love to use these for karaoke night. Doesn’t have a super far range but unless you’re doing it from afar it shouldn’t matter. Very easy to set up and long battery life.

I bought this to pair up with JBL PartyBox 110 for karaoke. The setup process was straightforward, and the mic sounded decent. They included the batteries in the box that you could use. The mics were a little bass-heavy, but it sounded fine after I applied a bit of EQ from the JBL PartyBox app under the Karaoke settings. The mic started making a popping noise every 10 seconds or so, even when the mic was not being spoken into or moved. I tried moving the receiver to the other available port, but the problem persisted. There was also a bit of static noise when the microphone picked up human voices. The noise seemed absent when non-human noise (such as tapping, snapping, or playing audio from a phone) was picked up. Overall, it is a decent microphone minus some QC issues. It would be a great microphone if your batch does not have the same issues as mine. I considered requesting a replacement but decided to return it and buy a different pair of microphones from another brand because I did not want to risk getting another dud. I fancy JBL for their speakers, but the microphones are disappointing. Bought this for practice sessions with the band. Last weekend, the cord to my normal mic got cut during a performance. Pulled out the JBL, three minutes to dial it in, worked like a charm!
