Has anyone who is strictly a stomach sleeper used this pillow?  If so, does it work?

Yes, it does!  I bought my CPAP pillow about 2 weeks ago, and was just now coming back to write my own review when I saw your question.  I've been a CPAP user for 6 years, and while the CPAP's an amazing device that has improved my ability to sleep 100%, I've fought with my pillow--and I've tried 5 different ones--every night of those 6 years, until now.  This odd-looking little thing is the first pillow that has allowed me to sleep on my stomach comfortably and without completely mashing the mask and/or hose into my face.  I'm assuming that you sleep on your stomach but turn your head to one side or the other, like I do, and if so, you will be able to find a comfortable position with this pillow that works for you.  (P.S.  Getting tangled up with the hose was another problem complicated by being a stomach sleeper, so I coupled this purchase with one of those inexpensive hose-hanger gizmos that wedges between your mattress and box springs, and holds the hose up above your head and out of the way.  It looks like some sort of torture device, but I can't believe the difference that the combination of this pillow plus the hose-holder has made!  However, the pillow alone will make your stomach-sleeping life much happier, I'm sure.)

Does this pillow provide neck support?

Yes absolutely. The two long sides have different neck support options. One is a little lower to the bed for smaller sleepers and the other side is higher up for larger sleepers, so depending on exactly how much neck support you need, you can flip the pillow around. Super comfortable and perfect for cpap mask users.

Question 3

I am mostly concerned about the red marks on my face from my mask. Does this pillow stop that from happening.

I haven't thought about it until now.  I used to be a side sleeper, however since using this very comfortable pillow I believe I sleep mostly on my back!  Every so often when I do turn and sleep on either side the indentations you see in the picture allow for no pressure on the straps, so no red marks on my face.

Question 4

Did it help reduce facial lines?

I only sleep on my side to fall asleep, and this pillow does help with keeping the full mask from moving, but I never wake up with facial lines, and I don't know if that is from the pillow or the headgear that came with my unit.  If you sleep on your side, this pillow works well with a CPAP face mask.
