LiBa Back Massager Trigger Point Cane, Deep Tissue Back Neck Massager Black

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The LiBa Back and Neck Massager is one of the best investments I’ve made for muscle relief and recovery. The trigger point design really helps target deep knots and tension in my neck, shoulders, upper back, and even lower back without needing someone else to help. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and gives excellent pressure exactly where you need it. What I love most is how effective it is after workouts, long days, or even just stiffness from sleeping wrong. Within minutes, I can feel the tension releasing. The quality is solid, the handles provide great leverage, and it’s much more affordable than regular massage visits. If you deal with tight muscles, stress, soreness, or trigger points, I highly recommend this tool. Simple, durable, and it actually works!

This is a great massage cane, but I will start with the thing I wish I'd done: I ordered the "B. Black" variant - but I had considered the "Detachable Black" variant since it was the same price, came with an orange removable massage ball, had more ridge bumps on the flat portion of the cane, and could be connected in an S-shape or a C-shape. However, I was worried that it might not be sturdy enough for my husband to use since the 2 pieces click together in the middle. So I ordered the standard "B. Black" variant, expecting it to be one piece. But it's not - it also clicks together in the middle. Now that I've received it, it is VERY STURDY and I am not worried at all that my husband might snap it while using it...so I wish I'd gotten the "Detachable Black" version. I think I misunderstood the intent of the descriptor "detachable" to mean the cane would come in 2 pieces, but since all the canes come in 2 pieces, I think they mean for it to refer to the orange detachable ball. Only the pictures for the "Detachable Black" showed the cane separated into 2 pieces, but now that I know what I'm looking at, I can see the clip and join spot on the other variants in the pictures, they just never show it apart. It's a bonus if you want to pack it for a trip or something, although I will say you need to be REALLY strong to unclip it. Maybe the "Detachable Black" one is easier to separate. Also, while the canes has 2 pieces, it can ONLY be connected in an S-shape, unlike the "Detachable Black" version. So just FYI. For the cane itself -- the plastic is very thick, hard & sturdy. The ball/nubs are not rubberized or soft, they are the same hard plastic. I don't find this to be a negative, but if you're using it for a rubbing motion across bare skin, it may cause some friction. For example, I have used the nub on the straight part of cane by dragging it up and down the length of my quad - with leggings no problem, but if I'm wearing shorts and doing that on bare skin it's less comfortable. Especially for the neck nubs, you may want to flip up the collar on your shirt or drape a thin towel or scarf over your neck first. The main advantage of this cane is the wide arc at the top. I tried and returned other products with a smaller arc because my 3XL husband could not fit them around his chest & shoulder to reach between his shoulder blades, but this cane fits great. It also works great for me, even though I'm smaller. The neck nubs are great for running up and down the back your neck and base of skull - really relieves tension. I have plantar fasciitis and find the small curve great for the bottom of the foot, and the large curve to hook over your shoulder and reach between the shoulder blades is excellent (what I was really looking for). It does come with an info sheet showing a few ways to hold it for different trigger points. Overall a really great massage cane!

This is a very decent self-massager. What I mean by “very decent” is that for $20, you’re getting something that’s good, but not perfect. The Good: 1. The material is sturdy while also being fairly light. I was concerned that being plastic, I would snap it in half if I used too much pressure. While I’ve only just received it and can’t speak to the long-term, it seems durable. For those wondering; it is a two-piece design that snaps together with a locking tab. 2. The reachability is excellent. I’m 6’1” and have no issues reaching those pesky pressure points between my shoulder blades. 3. The ergonomics are well-designed and flawlessly implemented. There are no sharp edges or rough surfaces (at least on mine) that will scratch your skin or snag your clothes. Then again, I’ve only tried it wearing a t-shirt and not any kind of sweater or knitted fabric. The “Decent”: 1. The nodes (the orbs used for massaging) are on the small side. While it can be said that having smaller nodes allows for more of a deep-tissue engagement, with just a little too much pressure, it can be a little painful. There may be a learning curve, so start lighter than you think you need to. 2. The surface is ever-so-slightly textured. It’s very similar to the surface of an old computer monitor or matte phone skin. While having a textured surface on the grip areas is welcome, having the nodes be completely smooth would be better. As it is, while it doesn’t snag, it does hold on to the fabric of a t-shirt a bit more than I’d like. This can be an issue if you “roll over” a wrinkle in your shirt. 3. The fact that the material is a matte finish plastic means you’ll want to make sure your hands are clean & dry. Any kind of oil/grease on your hands will make it difficult to get a good enough grip to get into those deeper, harder-to-reach areas. Overall, for $20, you really can’t go wrong. Did I just write an essay for a $20 product? Yes. Why? Simply because these were the questions I had when I ordered it and now I have the answers. Would I recommend this product? Yes. As someone who has had back surgery, I can tell you that this does provide relief, if only temporarily. If you’re currently seeing an orthopedic doctor or specialist, I would talk to them about using one of these first, just to be safe. If you’re looking at this just to get some relief from everyday aches & pains, then you’ll be happy with this product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

One of my coworkers brought this at work. And I was hooked so I bought one too. It helps loosen the knots on your back even your shoulder and arms. And even if I have hand arthritis, I can easily hold it. I'm also planning to give it to some senior friends for Christmas

I've played around with several products like this before from different brands you'd see at Dick's Sporting Goods and the like. They all seemed like nice-haves to me, but because they were flimsy when I pulled on those are to reach places on my back, I didn't feel like spending the $20+ on them in years past. Until I slept wrong earlier in the week, I woke up with a stiff neck! The older I get, the more I find these sort of set-backs as just that. Set-backs. So I saw the reviews on this mentioning that the material seemed sturdy and then saw some folks who didn't think so. That was my main hang-up. I went ahead and ordered and to my surprise, relieved that it was overnighted and arrived by next day like it said it would! (Not usually the case these days) You have to click it together, but it hardly seemed like a problem. It also comes with a manuel on all the different ways you can use it to massage your entire body from your neck, shoulders, hip, arms, legs and even feet! My aunt tried it and was surprised with the little nubs on the big hook that does a wonderful job in the neck area. I attached a video so folks can get an idea of the material. I found it to be rather sturdy and it hardly flexes the way many other similarly priced products would. Super important for me since I LOVE to really work my trigger points. Was so happy with the product and the rush service that my aunt asked me to get one for her too! I've been enjoying this while working from home, taking the time to massage those awful knots out of my neck and shoulders. Definitely recommend!

This massager is so good. I had some horrible shoulder pain and this tool was perfect for helping relieve it. It really gets into those tight areas and lets you control the pressure exactly where you need it. I even let my friends try it, and they loved it so much they ordered their own. Such a simple but incredibly effective tool. Highly recommend for anyone dealing with muscle tension or trigger points.

I have undergone a half dozen spinal fusion surgeries, scattered between levels C2-T2 and L4-S1 of my spine. To this day, I suffer from painful "Charley Horse" style cramps that extend from my upper neck down to the bottom corner of my shoulder blade. The back and neck massager empowers me to expertly hone in on the seizing muscles of my splenius capitis (upper L side of neck), along the arch of my levator scapulae muscles and down to the lateral trapezius fibers. I would proclaim that the massage arm is an instrumental part of my arsenal of weapons -prescription painkillers/muscle relaxers and topical salves like Ben Gay, Tiger Balm and Capsaicin are the others- that I summon to achieve a small, fleeting measure of relief against these horrid muscle cramps. Pro Tip- This newest generation of trigger point massager actually can be divided into two pieces allowing for greater portability and travel applications.

Why there's no 6 stars here? This device help me to massage my back like no other. I don't need a lacrosse ball anymore and do strange moves against a wall. It also reaches specific areas due to a smaller size of the point. 10/5

I am beyond thrilled with the quality and effectiveness of this tool. When I read some of the lower reviews, I was expecting a product made with a cheaper plastic, but IT IS EXCELLENT!! Incredibly sturdy and works very well. The nodes get deep in there with little effort, it feels so darn good getting these knots out that I can’t reach by myself or push hard enough on my own. Also comes with a helpful manual of where and how to use it. I am truly shocked with how great this product is. I am now planning to buy one for my parents, brother, and friends as a Christmas stocking stuffer.

It is a sturdy tool that allows you to apply significant pressure on your trigger points. However, the product's finish makes it a bit difficult to rub on your skin as easily as you would expect. It is recommended to use it over your clothes to achieve better results. Overall, it is a versatile and high-quality product.
