Smallest size good for small hands
I have small bones and these balls are more than heavy enough for my little arthritic hands. I have use the balls a little bit and call feel results of exercising. Have not gotten good at it yet but plan to continue exercising. First time I could really feel a difference. I have worked with clay, with paper cups and doing art with paint brushes and colored pencils. Hope these balls can make a difference. Have DuPutyn's contracture in both hands. Hands keep getting worse. So I needed a new way to exercise. So far this seems the best exercise I have come up with. I had professional hand therapy. Plan to continue using the 1 inch steel balls. Easy to use when watching TV.
