Me ayudó mucho con mi dolor de cuello, pero se debe elegir la talla correcta. Hay que tener en cuenta que está almohada no cumple su función en camas muy blandas

En duda si es original.
Al parecer la etiqueta y todo parece original, pero no viene en el maletín de plástico transparente con el que normalmente lo venden. El empaque de envío dejó mucho que desear, muy sucio.

How can we change a size?
It is comfortable and great for me. But I ordered a small size as I am not big. This was a wrong decision. I should have got larger one. Real problem is I cannot change it with bigger one. Is there no customer service in this case? If so, it is real disappointing!

No more sore neck in the morning
I've had neck discomfort sleeping for the last 3 years and have tried many pillows. I finally ordered the TEMPUR neck pillow recommended by my friend. She swears by it and and has used hers for many years. Based on my repeated measurements I ordered the medium size pillow. It wasn't comfortable, I returned it and ordered the smaller size. I should have paid more attention to the note...if in between sizes order smaller of the two. The smaller one fits just right, providing needed support to my neck and placing my head in a better position. It works for me both side and back sleeping so my nights are more restful. Before I got this I was switching pillows every time I moved from back to side sleeping at night. The pillow was very firm to start with. I followed suggestions I found online to break it in. I would stand on it and bend it a few times the first few days. Now it feels great. My friend was right, it is the only pillow I need.
