NOT just hype. This stuff is amazing, wow!
For the past 2 years I've been on a journey of natural homeopathic healing. I suffer from many health issues, and because I do not have health insurance, this has truly been my only option. And in general, I do not want to be on pharmaceuticals or unnatural treatments. I already oil pull twice a day with pure coconut oil. I use my magnesium oil, apple cider vinegar, dead sea salt, baking soda and honey, as a part of my everyday routines. All that said, while there has been a difference in my health ... definitely, enough to keep going with it ... I have had days of total fatigue and weakness, to where it was a struggle to lift my arms over my head, and my legs felt like melted butter when I'd walk. I am also going through the change of life, which has compounded the situation. Frustrated, but still hopeful, I went back to my research, to see if there was anything else I could try. I had known about Black Seed Oil, and that whole "it cures everything but death itself", for at least a year ... but honestly it sounded so hyped, that it put me off. However, it kept coming up in my research, so I decided to give a small bottle a try. I started out with a simple teaspoon. After dealing with the horrific tasting likes of apple cider vinegar, (which I can take a teaspoon straight if I have to), I found the black seed oil to be a BREEZE to taste and swallow. Both my daughters did not have any problem taking a spoonful of it (and believe me, they are WIMPS with that stuff). I did have my sister say it tasted like turpentine, but considering I almost poisoned myself as a kid when I drank from a bottle of turpentine, I think that is a gross exaggeration. Black seed oil is mostly bland, with a hint of spice in your throat, that goes away within seconds. Now that I've been taking it a few weeks, I actually look forward to the taste. Results: After the first spoonful, literally maybe 5 minutes later, I felt ... *something*. I can't even put into words, the effect, but it was pleasant. The closest that describes it is, a "sense of well being" ... a feeling of health. I honestly thought it was just in my head, I mean what could work that quickly, right? I have been taking it now for a few weeks and it is the most AMAZING remedy I have ever tried. *** I have much more energy, and yet my body is calm ... *** I can focus better and don't have that feeling of cobwebs in my head. *** My legs and arms are not so weak. *** It has MOST definitely positively affected my menopausal symptoms. My girls say I am easier to be around. I'm a pleasant person normally, but when one does not feel well, we get pretty grumpy. Black seed oil has at least partially given me back my old life and my old me. Everyday I take it, I feel better and better. WEIGHT LOSS: My 15 year old daughter is now also taking it for the past week. She reports that she too feels positive effects and it makes her want to be more active. She's taking it to lose about 15 lbs. There is a recipe for weight loss that includes 1 teaspoon Black Seed Oil, 1 teaspoon honey, and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of organic (ceylon) cinnamon in a 6 oz cup of hot water (like a tea). She only started the recipe a week ago and her jeans are already a little loose. It's tough to get a teenager to focus on their health, they are so involved in other things, but my daughter LOVES this oil so much, she never fails to take it everyday. I don't normally ever leave reviews this long, but I just can't say enough about it. Bottom line, this one is really not just hype. It WORKS, and for SO many things. The oil has 100 healing components which work together in a synergetic effect. If you are on the fence, I HIGHLY recommend trying it. While I cannot claim it works for everyone, I can absolutely say this is my TOP natural remedy and will forever be in use in our home. I came to Amazon to buy the largest size they had, the 32 ounce. While it's not the cheapest oil to purchase, it's SO worth it.

It WORKS!!! It really works!
I rarely, if ever write reviews because (1) I’m too lazy and (2) I never feel that strongly about anything, BUT today I have to spread The Gospel of Black Seed Oil (forgive me Jesus). I initially tried this because of painful stiffness in my left knee (it’s been arthritic since I was 11), I’m now a lady of a certain age 😉, so I’ve had this issue for a while, and I have horrrrible sleeping habits (addicted to social media, smartphone and tablet *sigh*). Of course, I read what everyone was saying that Black Seed Oil cured everything other than Death, and this brand was recommended in a Facebook group I was in (shout out to Weightloss for Melanated Beauties!)💋Soooooo...I tried the oil!😳🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮The taste, the taste, the taste...Sweet Baby Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the donkey, the stable, the manger and all the other animals!!! It was indescribably disgusting! It really was! It made me shudder and gag! But, it made me sleep like a baby, such a deep and restful sleep...I literally jumped out of bed alert and with so much energy the following morning and I swear, I kid you not, the stiffness in my left knee was gone. I could bend it without pain (Thank you Jesus!)🙌🏾 So I manned up when it came to the taste, because the benefits was worth it. By the 3rd or 4th day, there was such a feeling of wellness in my body, yes I felt a profound feeling of wellness (it was remarkable to me), and I was energetic. I still loathed the abominable taste, but again the benefits. I just made sure I chased the taste out my mouth with a carbonated beverage, or IMMEDIATELY vigorously brushing my teeth when I took a quick shot of it in the morning, just a mouthful. Oh! Did I mention the burps? I tasted it again my friends!😃😵🤮Again...the benefits...plus it also helped my bladder issues. It’s a cure all for everything👏🏾but👏🏾death👏🏾people!😄BTW, drinking ALOT of water gets rid of the burps. So near the end of the second bottle, I was doing my morning mouthful, when I gagged it right back up. It tasted worst the second time and some got on my lips, I said no, enough is enough! I came back on Amazon and saw that it also came in gel tabs, I purchased those so quickly my head spun!😳 So the thing of it is, for me, the gel tabs do not give me that extra pep in my step or that feeling of wellness, but my skin is so soft. It’s not dry, damaged and looking like crepe paper. It’s glowing, coco brown and healthy looking. I’ll take whatever benefits it provides, as long as I don’t have to deal with that taste. *shudder* I also recommended Black Seed Oil to my husband, as he suffers from Fibromyalgia. He doesn’t take the recommend dosage as he doesn’t like consuming too many pills, but he does say that it helps with the pain he suffers in the morning. Seriously, I do love this product and I would encourage everyone to take it. It really does work for me and I’ll let you know if it did anything for my HBP and good cholesterol after my next Dr.’s visit.👋

Many ways to take this clean artisan healthful black seed oil
I think anyone reading this review is probably already aware of the healthful benefit claims of taking black seed oil so I won't cover the basics but do want to add that as far as I know it is 500% stronger at raising glutathione levels than anything other than intravenous glutathione drip or slow-push. I am very pleased with the artisan cold-pressed black seed oil I received from Amazing Herbs. I often feel that manufacturers are dishonest in their labeling but not so with Amazing Herbs. I felt the oil was solvent-free and I often taste solvents in other supposedly solvent-free oils by other manufacturers. Also this is artisan cold pressed and you can taste the quality. Also, mine is very fresh and definitely not rancid. This very clean oil absorbs very well. You can apply to skin and it will absorb and make your skin silky smooth. Why not add more pleasure to your life by optimizing how you get this black seed oil into your body? ***info from manufacturer's website FAQ's About Black Seed What is Black Seed? Black Seed is a traditional herb that has been in use for thousands of years by people living in the Middle East and some parts of Asia and Africa to promote health and fight disease. It is also known the "Blessed Seed". What are the essential properties of Black Seed? Black Seed herb contains over 100 components, many of which still remain to be discovered. It is a rich source of unsaturated fatty acids and contains about 35% oil, 21% protein, and 38% carbohydrates. More than 50% of the oil are essential fatty acids. It's linoleic acid and gamma linolenic acid content help form Prostaglandin E1, which helps the body to inhibit infections, balances the immune system, and regulates allergic reactions. Gamma-linolenic acid also helps stabilize the cell membrane. Black Seed also contains about .5-1.5% volatile oils including Nigellone and Thymoquinone which are responsible for Black Seed's anti-histamine, anti-oxidant, anti-infective, and broncho-dialating effect. What are some of the traditional uses of Black Seed? Traditionally, Black Seed has been used for a variety of conditions and treatments related to respiratory health, stomach and intestinal complaints, kidney & liver function, circulatory and immune system support, and to improve general health. Its can be topically used for eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, inflammation, and scalp massage. What scientific research has there been on Black Seed? Since 1959, there have been over 200 studies at international universities and articles published in various journals showing remarkable results supporting some of its traditional uses. In 1960, Egyptian researchers confirmed that Nigellone was responsible for Black Seeds broncho-dialating effect. Recently scientists in Europe have confirmed the anti-bacterial and anti-mycotic effects of black seed oil. Scientists at the Cancer and Immuno-Biological Laboratory have found that Black Seed stimulates bone marrow and immune cells and raises the interferon production, protects normal cells against cell destroying effects of viruses, destroys tumor cells and raises the number of anti-bodies producing B cells. What about the effects of Black Seed and Prostaglandin E1 on the Immune System? Through the formation of Protaglandin E1, the complete immune system is harmonized and the body's over-reactive allergic reactions are stabilized. By also inhibiting infection, the immune system is able to prevent and control chronic illnesses. Healthy cells are protected from the damaging effects of viruses, inhibiting tumors. As a result Interferon cell protein is formed, inhibiting growth of damaging micro-organisms. Recently independent clinical studies published in the Archives of Aids also established some astonishing effects of Black Seed on the defense system by improving the ratio between helper T-cells and suppressor T-cells by a significant amount while also enhancing the natural killer cell activity. What are some of the other Effects of Black Seed? Black Seed helps support metabolism, digestion, and lowers blood sugars levels. It has been useful in the treatment of diabetes melitus. In digestive matters, Black Seed helps to stimulate bile and promote regularity, improve digestion, and has been used to fight worms and parasites of the intestinal tract. Black Seed is a safe and excellent herb that can be used by anyone. It has no known side effects and has a long history of use for several thousand years. What is more effective, Black Seed herb or oil? Both are effective in their own standards. However, Black Seed oil is 3X more concentrated than the herb itself, but many people prefer using the herb to the oil. Caution should be taken when using black seed oil due the fact that many oil products are imported and may be adulterated or mixed with other oils. Some oils coming from the Middle East are extracted with heat and hexane, a petrolium by-product. Always use a product that is labeled as 100%, cold-pressed, solvent free, and packed and sealed by machine.

Amazing Grace Oil
I have several auto-immune diseases that have been attacking my body for more than 15 years. Over the years I have gotten progressively worse. I experience severe joint pain, fatigue, muscle pain, depression and other symptoms that have all but stolen my joy, youth, spirit, and will to endure another day. I've grown tired of taking 15- 20 medications that do nothing but financially deplete me, and physically have me incapacitated or in-coherent. I tried Black Seed Oil because I was told by a stranger who came up to me and told me about the oil. The oil does exactly what it says. My pain isn't completely gone, but it is significantly better and not so intense since I started taking the oil. Also, I use the oil on my hair because it was almost bald because of all the biological and immune suppressant drugs that I take. My hair has gotten thicker and it sheds less. I use the oil on my skin, it was so damaged with blemishes and sores, which I tried to hid under makeup. I have seen a dramatic difference in my skin as well, it has improved in its elasticity and it is more supple. I've been taking the oil for approximately 3 weeks. I bought the capsules and for some reason they don't do nothing for me. My body doesn't respond to the capsules. I found out something important about the oil that was most amazing, I forgot to take it one day, and all of my symptoms immediately re-appeared. I was in so much pain, agony, and discomfort I tried taking everything, but found no relief. I had gotten off of most of the prescribed medication and my doctor didn't know it. I have high blood pressure too, and the oil lowered my high blood pressure. Finally, I took a teaspoon of Black Seed Oil and within minutes the pain sub- sided. Now as a daily regiment I take 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon before bedtime. I pray my experience helps someone. I will continue to purchase the oil for as long as I can. All I can say is all praises to the Lord, and the person he sent to tell me about the oil. I was at my wits end battling all these diseases. Lord thank you, thank you, thank you !!!!!!

Reliable Black Seed Oil, But Packaging Could Be Better
Pros: - Good quality product. - Consistent performance, purchased multiple times. - Easy to use and incorporate into routine.l, liquid so easy to swallow Cons: - Container quality could be improved. Overall, this black seed oil is a reliable product that I’ve purchased multiple times due to its consistency and effectiveness. The only drawback is the packaging, which could be upgraded for a better overall experience.

Highly recommend, especially if you’re not taking blood thinners.
This is an excellent product. It does thin the blood so you have to be aware of that. You will immediately start seeing your body become toned. My muscle tone begins to show just a few days after using probably because it takes down. Inflammation. I highly recommend this product. I hope they do not increase the price just because people want to buy it. I definitely suggest buying clear capsules and filling the capsules with the oil. The oil has a very pungent strong taste, which you are not going to like. But that’s what makes it so effective. I love putting it in a capsule because it makes it easy on the taste buds and going down. This product has a ton of health benefits.

This stuff has been AMAZING for my baby's eczema
This stuff has been AMAZING for my baby's eczema. Dare I say cured?! I used it both topically and internally on my 18 month old baby who has had eczema since she was 3 months old. I've tried over 30 different moisturizers and natural oils and this the ONLY thing I've found that can control my baby's eczema aside from prescription medicine (steroids/protopic/elidel). Blackseed oil will control her eczema pretty well after a few days when I use it topically and helps lessen flare ups, but it really shines when you take it internally. It's basically that if you are putting it on the skin you are controlling the symptoms. If you ingest it you are getting at the root cause and preventing the flare up from happening in the first place. Putting it on the skin is like chasing the problem and always being one step behind. Anyways, after one week of feeding my baby half a teaspoon per day, her eczema is GONE. A few days after she started taking it, I took her off her prescriptions, and her skin only got better from there. This proves the theory that eczema has to do with the gut (provided you've removed all environmental allergens). Treat the leaky gut and you heal the eczema. At the moment I am only applying blackseed oil once or twice daily to her eczema spots to prevent flare ups (out of habit now, I could probably stop...), and applying nothing on the rest of her skin. Yes, her skin is still a bit dry, but it's not eczema. If there is a new eczema spot I put the black seed and cover it with aquaphor. This combination magically takes care of the eczema overnight if I put the combo on after a bath. We also do dilute apple cider vinegar baths every couple of days which makes her skin nice and soft. We also avoid her food allergies (gluten, dairy, nuts, eggs, NICKEL), baby gets a histamine degrading probiotic (lactobacillus rhamnosus), eats lots of probiotic rich raw sauerkraut, iron and natural B vitamin rich foods, and takes Carlson's liquid cod liver oil, zinc, natural vitamin C, and magnesium. I mix the black seed oil with some mango peach juice or use a syringe to get it in my baby. She doesn't seem to mind the nasty taste too much because she really enjoys the sweetness of the juice. Sometimes I put it in a syringe if she's not drinking all of it. Sometimes baby likes to help put it on, but then rubs her eyes and it stings A LOT, so maybe don't have your young child help you if they are prone to sticking their hands in their eyes or mouth. If you put it near the mouth of a baby they will also most likely get some in their mouth and protest loudly because it tastes so gross, but it's worth it anyway! Also if you put it on a flare up it's going to sting A LOT! Like anything else, do patch testing first and try it on a small area for a few days. However, I still recommend taking it internally for best results.

This humble, but immensely powerful seed, kills MRSA, heals the chemical weapon poisoned body, stimulates regeneration of the dying beta cells within the diabetic's pancreas, and yet too few even know it exists. The seeds of the annual flowering plant, Nigella Sativa, have been prized for their healing properties since time immemorial. While frequently referred to among English-speaking cultures as Roman coriander, black sesame, black cumin, black caraway and onion seed, it is known today primarily as black seed, which is at the very least an accurate description of its physical appearance. The earliest record of its cultivation and use come from ancient Egypt. Black seed oil, in fact, was found in Egyptian pharoah Tutankhamun's tomb, dating back to approximately 3,300 years ago.[i] In Arabic cultures, black cumin is known as Habbatul barakah, meaning the "seed of blessing." It is also believed that the Islamic prophet Mohammed said of it that it is "a remedy for all diseases except death." Many of black cumin's traditionally ascribed health benefits have been thoroughly confirmed in the biomedical literature. In fact, since 1964, there have been 458 published, peer-reviewed studies referencing it. We have indexed salient research, available to view on GreenMedInfo.com on our Black Seed (Nigella Sativa) page, on well over 40 health conditions that may be benefited from the use of the herb, including over 20 distinct pharmacological actions it expresses, such as: Analgesic (Pain-Killing) Anti-Bacterial Anti-Inflammatory Anti-Ulcer Anti-Cholinergic Anti-Fungal Ant-Hypertensive Antioxidant Antispasmodic Antiviral Bronchodilator Gluconeogenesis Inhibitor (Anti-Diabetic) Hepatoprotective (Liver Protecting) Hypotensive Insulin Sensitizing Interferon Inducer Leukotriene Antagonist Renoprotective (Kidney Protecting) Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha Inhibitor These 22 pharmacological actions are only a subset of a far wider number of beneficial properties intrinsic to the black seed. While it is remarkable that this seed has the ability to positively modulate so many different biological pathways, this is actually a rather common occurrence among traditional plant medicines. Our project has identified over 1600 natural compounds with a wide range of health benefits, and we are only in our first 5 years of casual indexing. There are tens of thousands of other substances that have already been researched, with hundreds of thousands of studies supporting their medicinal value (MEDLINE, whence our study abstracts come, has over 600,000 studies classified as related to Complementary and Alternative Medicine). Take turmeric, for example. We have identified research indicating its value in over 600 health conditions, while also expressing over 160 different potentially beneficial pharmacological actions. You can view the quick summary of over 1500 studies we have summarized on our Turmeric Research page, which includes an explorative video on turmeric. Professional database members are further empowered to manipulate the results according to their search criteria, i.e. pull up and print to PDF the 61 studies on turmeric and breast cancer. This, of course, should help folks realize how voluminous the supportive literature indicating the medicinal value of natural substances, such as turmeric and black seed, really is. Black seed has been researched for very specific health conditions. Some of the most compelling applications include: Type 2 Diabetes: Two grams of black seed a day resulted in reduced fasting glucose, decreased insulin resistance, increased beta-cell function, and reduced glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in human subjects.[ii] Helicobacter Pylori Infection: Black seeds possess clinically useful anti-H. pylori activity, comparable to triple eradication therapy.[iii] Epilepsy: Black seeds were traditionally known to have anticonvulsive properties. A 2007 study with epileptic children, whose condition was refractory to conventional drug treatment, found that a water extract significantly reduced seizure activity.[iv] High Blood pressure: The daily use of 100 and 200 mg of black seed extract, twice daily, for 2 months, was found to have a blood pressure-lowering effect in patients with mild hypertension.[v] Asthma: Thymoquinone, one of the main active constituents within Nigella sativa (black cumin), is superior to the drug fluticasone in an animal model of asthma.[vi] Another study, this time in human subjects, found that boiled water extracts of black seed have relatively potent antiasthmatic effect on asthmatic airways.[vii] Acute tonsillopharyngitis: characterized by tonsil or pharyngeal inflammation (i.e. sore throat), mostly viral in origin, black seed capsules (in combination with Phyllanthus niruri) have been found to significantly alleviate throat pain, and reduce the need for pain-killers, in human subjects.[viii] Chemical Weapons Injury: A randomized, placebo-controlled human study of chemical weapons injured patients found that boiled water extracts of black seed reduced respiratory symptoms, chest wheezing, and pulmonary function test values, as well as reduced the need for drug treatment.[ix] Colon Cancer: Cell studies have found that black seed extract compares favorably to the chemoagent 5-fluoruracil in the suppression of colon cancer growth, but with a far higher safety profile.[x] Animal research has found that black seed oil has significant inhibitory effects against colon cancer in rats, without observable side effects.[xi] MRSA: Black seed has anti-bacterial activity against clinical isolates of methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus.[xii] Opiate Addiction/Withdrawal: A study on 35 opiate addicts found black seed as an effective therapy in long-term treatment of opioid dependence.[xiii]

Have been using Amazing herbs Black seed oil for the last 2 years and quite happy with it. Oil was packaged well but the bottle is made with plastic unlike the smaller bottles from Amazing Herbs. Oil has authentic and natural flavour.
