Plug wired incorrectly.
A well made cable that was wired wrong. Rather than the red/black being wired for power to the Teltonoka router, it was the blue/brown wires. This is a fundamental flaw indicating either poor manufacturing, manufacturing assembly processes, or both. For the premium price charged, it should be correct.

Pinout is reversed
Cheap cable do not wire it like factory, pins are reversed found this out after spending hours troubleshooting. Black is constant power and red is ground.
