desertcart.com: Jack Wolfskin Women's Vernon Jacket, Indian Red, Medium : Sports & Outdoors Review: True to American sizing - True to American sizing. I was hesitant based on other reviews that said it runs small because of its German/European origin. My dimensions are 35 inch chest, 33 inch waist, 40 inch hips. I am 5 ft 4 inches. I normally wear a medium - ordered the medium and am relieved at how perfectly it fits. I could even layer with a hoodie under neath while wearing it as the complete system with the light purple under layer coat inside it as it comes from the shipper. For exact size number, my weight fluctuates due to medications I take and am constantly being switched from one to another but right now I would guess I am about a size 9. I like that it is long enough to cover my butt and that it is fairly light weight for how warm it keeps me. I have used it in light rain so far and does a good job of keeping me dry. I live in Southern California and so it has done well with the temps dipping below 50 degrees daily for the last few weeks. I will taking a trip to the desert this weekend so this will be the true test. I especially liked the price I got it at $89 plus tax. I guess desertcart has different pricing depending on size and color. After comparing to other sizes and colors, I know I scored. Review: I tried it on and it looks good on me - I was sitting in the study room when somebody knocked at the door. There is a big box and when I opened it I saw a cute Jacket which I expect to arrive on monday. I tried it on and it looks good on me. I didn't try it on the snow weather yet, maybe later. Inside jacket has two large pocket which fit my iphone and key for the car. I will test how this jacket will keep me warm despite of winter snow in Virginia.

A beautiful 3 in 1 jacket
This jacket was one of 4 that I tried from Jack Wolfskin. It is particularly comparable in style to the Arborg. I would have kept this one, but the Arborg had a better (double) storm flap and deeper pockets. I also felt it would be warmer. Since I spend more time than I care to think about standing in very cold, very wet weather, those things are incredibly important. The Vernon starts with beautiful fabric that has a softer hand than most I have tried. The cuffs are adjustable by brass snaps, and those same snap closures secure the storm flap to the inner jacket. The length of the outer jacket back (size medium) is 29 inches. The inside jacket is lightweight insulated taffeta. The Arborg is an inch shorter ( a surprisingly big drawback to me even thought the Arborg still covers my butt,) has a zip in fleece inner jacket with taffeta sleeves and both cuffs and storm flaps are secured by velcro. It lacks the upgrade fabric use in the Vernon and the sewn in brand (it's screen printed.) Both of the jackets are nicely styled. The one drawback that I would associate with all the Jack Wolfskin jackets for women is a less than roomy feel in the shoulders. Maybe it's me.

After searching and searching for a nice, simple brown raincoat that didn't look too sporty
After searching and searching for a nice, simple brown raincoat that didn't look too sporty, I finally found this jacket. It's rain/wind proof with a zip-out interior quilted jacket for colder weather, which can be worn separately if desired. The price was very reasonable as well. Barring some unforeseen premature incident/accident, I expect I'll be wearing this for as many years as it, and I, will last. I like-like it a lot-lot.

Nice to be able to zip it together to one
My wife loves it (she was sceptical about the color first). Nice to be able to zip it together to one. (Mine doesn't have that and I still hate Jack Wolfskin for that...). Saves space since you basically have two seperate jackets.

Nice jacket
Excellent product. A little heavy but good material. The small said 36\38 in the tag so you have space to wear additional layer.

Tolle Jacke
Schnelle Lieferung.
