I ordered some and the shipping estimates 10-20 days to arrive. How have you packaged or prepared the rolls so they will not arrive stale or moldy?

Thanks for asking! We do not use fulfillment by Amazon so the product ships directly from our facility. The 10-20 days to arrive is the time that Amazon estimates and we unfortunately cannot change that setting. Here is how it works - we ship all orders on Monday or Tuesday of each week. We ship via USPS priority mail, so the order will arrive you to in 2-3 days max. The ambient shelf life of the rolls is 5 days, so 2-3 days shipping is well within the window. We simply request (and put a neon sticker on the package as a reminder) that you freeze the rolls upon arrival. Very simple! This does mean that depending on when you place your order, you may have to wait until the following Monday or Tuesday before the order ships. Hope this helps!
