Quick freezing blocks
Ice blocks freeze quickly and last a good 20 minutes. Easy to put in, and take out of the pouches in the brace. The brace is comfortable to wear. When first frozen the blocks are obviously hard and a little difficult to mould around the knee, but a couple of minutes out of the freezer before you are ready to use them really helps.

Good design but holes ice packs after 5 months of daily use
I had ACL injury and surgery. I used this product every day and sometimes a couple of times per day and gel pack starting rupturing, leaving holes and the gel starting comping out after 5 months of use. This product was very good for 5 months but I cannot even find how to buy new ice packs with the exact same size which is a real shame
