This remote is not fit for purpose.Spent three hours trying to get the remote set up. It will only pick up on /off volume and mute it will not pick up number buttons or channel function. I tried all the st ups suggested in the instructions. What a waste of time and energy. I will more than like be returning the product. So frustrating. It wont even learn from old remote.

Good but stopped working after 6 months.
Mum found this easy to use because of its simplicity and big buttons. Unfortunately it's now stopped working. New batteries didn't help. She took it to a phone repair shop in town and the guy said he couldn't open it up and therefore there was nothing that could be done. He said the big red on/off button just wasn't working. I know it was cheap but l really expected it to work for longer.

Won't pair.
Works as a remote, but despite trying to pair with the TV many times, the pairing fails, so voice function doesn't work. The message connecting with remote shows for a while and then fails, and this just keeps happening over and over. I've only just received the remote so can't comment on the solar charging.

Sadly stopped working after two weeks.
Light easy to use remote, all buttons are large easy to read and have a positive press response. The remote is slim and light. Sadly, after two weeks the remote stopped working, changing the battery did not resolve the issue

Didn’t work for Bush Fire Smart TV
Bought for my elderly mother who has a new Bush Fire smart to purchased from Argos. Could only programme to work on/off button and volume buttons. If the channel button would have worked would have kept it. Easy return. Nice unit for tv’s that the unit will work on. Would purchase again if another tv make was to be operated ie for the mother in law.

Easy to pair and use.
Received it today, a toddler pairing it to tv, but still no stars on the remote for the ai assistant. And no other button is for this, as ive found so then I use my phone remote to be able to bring up ai. Or use the mic to bring up ai assistant which I did forget. But people here having problems pairing, if when you 1st set up your tv and this ai wasnt offered then its not compatible, bit of a money punch when your setting up your tv and can't complete it due to not having the remote to do it with, not good Samsung as here I am purchasing what should of come with the tv anyway.
