The metal plate is perfect. Very easy to install, it feels very robust for the price. Works exactly as expected. The only minor issue is that the fixing screws that came in the package were slightly too short for a couple of the monitors that I have (Benq GW2270). I can't really grumble though it must be troublesome trying to settle on a size that works with so many different monitor manufacturers. The screws for the NUC were all perfect. The screw fixtures for the plate to the monitor were fine for 50% of the monitors but needed an extra few mm for the other half. Luckily the thread size is a standard size and I had a few spare nuts and bolts that did the trick.
