Squeezy fun for you, not your dog
These are quality therapy balls. Very well made, and the range of densities means they will work for almost every situation. Suitable for palm or fingertip exercises. Easy to hold onto, and I imagine easier to clean than putty. The cloth surface is nice, not sticky like some rubbery products. Keep them away from your dog. My dogs are good, but a ball is a ball. That said, these store neatly in the container they come in. They are very squeezable and do not hurt your hand like some hand exercise equipment.

My new pocket-sized stress buster — actually works better than yelling
I picked up this Serenilite hand therapy stress ball to help with wrist and hand stiffness from too many hours typing and juggling life in general. Spoiler: it’s way better than just clenching my fists and muttering under my breath. The ball’s the perfect size—not too squishy that it feels like a wet sponge, but not rock hard either. Gives just enough resistance to make your hand work without feeling like you’re trying to crush a bowling ball. Plus, it’s grippy enough that it won’t slip out mid-squeeze (which I’d swear would happen to me otherwise). I keep it at my desk and give it a few squeezes between emails or meetings. Honestly, it’s become a small daily habit that helps keep the tension down and the hand cramps away. Bonus: it’s discreet enough that no one thinks I’m having a meltdown at work. If you’re looking for a simple, cheap way to keep your hands moving and stress levels in check, this ball’s a solid pick. Just don’t get too carried away—you might find yourself squeezing it more than your actual problems.

Excellent therapy balls
These are great in helping to regain strength back in my hand after thumb and wrist surgery. The balls are made well and I love the material. The quality is excellent. The seller is excellent and I would recommend them!

Well made, respectable exercise balls, but I needed squishier (is that a word?).
They're OK, but I needed something squishier. They're well made, fabric covered, very respectable exercise balls, but they're not "squishy." They are exactly what they purported to be. I need something that has that "feel" that entices my arthritic hands to squeeze.

Great Hand Workout
These are great so far. it fits well in my hand and has a stretchy exterior. I’m wondering if my hands are weak though because I’m squeezing the softest option and it feels challenging.

Very nice quality, a strong and durable product!
I have hand issues and go through a variety of stress balls and hand exercisers. I am particular to firm jelly filled balls and enjoy the feel and resistance of those. I have popped or damaged many and was looking for one that was encased in a cloth or nylon casing. These are similar to what I was looking for but not exactly. These bounce back in to place immediately, they arent squishy with a slow return. I've added a video to show what I mean. Oddly enough, despite not being exactly what I wanted, I really like these. The texture is hard to explain because they do seem to be filled with jelly or something, but also act as if they were filled with air. Its interesting. I like the different resistances, but what has me sold on these is the durable cover over the jelly filled ball. I love the texture, and love that I cant squeeze the thing until it explodes out of a side. I've only had these for a few weeks, but so far I am sold as these being a reputable and good brand. Thank you!

Perfect, multi purpose squeeze balls; My thoughts on these
Shoulder surgery, functional in six months, full strength may take up to a year. Squeezing these little balls is a great help. If you’re tired, can’t move your shoulder and arm, still have swollen fingers, beginning to work on strength, or just want to help yourself as much as you can, these are perfect. The size is great. Can’t see that a bigger ball would be needed unless maybe you are a man with really big hands,?, and even then the purpose of these 2 inch balls isn’t to replace barbells. Some reviewers say there isn’t a difference between the soft and firm, there is. Another thing about these is their feel. They feel nice, pleasurable to hold. The feel isn’t plastic like, or sticky. There is no odor. They are not slippery and prone to being dropped. They are not cold feeling. They don’t get too warm. Really appreciate the material; it’s nice. Also on these: They are not for building giant muscles. They are to keep fingers moving, to help blood flow, reduce swelling and add a little strengthening for those that are doing recovery or just need this type of movement. And if you are wanting these for stress, can’t see why these wouldn’t be great. . I have just reordered them. If I sit one on the sofa and it rolls across the room or under furniture, I can just wait till later to get it. Don’t think you’ll be disappointed. And I admit, I really like the colors . 🙃

Not much difference in density
As others have noted, not much difference between the 3 balls. I expected the soft on to be like foam. not much use for graded PT IMO.

TOP
Schnelle Lieferung, top Zustand. Nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Excellent little exercise/stress balls.
I can't say how durable they are because I have only been using them for a few days, but first impressions are good. They ate accurately graded as soft, medium and hard. They are well packaged and come in their own handy storage tube. I am.using them to strengthen the fingers in my left hand after an operation and, so far, they are perfect for my uses.

Great Hand Therapy Exercise Balls
Love that these 3 balls come soft-medium and hard Non slip texture allows for secure comfortable grip When I do my hand exercises—once compressed—after I hold—then release—the balls return to original shape immediately I use a method of compressing the soft ball between the digits of my hands —finding no painful resistance to my fingers as i compress —then release—thus I can do these hand digit techniques safely I also do an exercise with my feet using the compress —then the release method Some Therapy Balls —that are more expensive—have a raised logo on their balls with the trade name This logo —I think— would interfere with the overall smoothness of the ball—and thus —could interfere with the comfort of the intended exercise
