Microsoft Xbox Original Console Only - Black (Renewed)

I have tried a couple of different sellers of refurbished xbox consoles. This was my thrid attempt to find one that actually worked. And it has been AWESOME! Thanks so much for selling a reliable rebuild. Now I am sorry to cut this short...but I got some retrogaming to catchup on!

My counsel is working great still!!!! Would re buy it if needed. But make sure to buy the power cords and everything because the system doesnt come with cords

Do not trust the reviews that tell you it’s either refurbished, or comes with cords , controllers. None of these are true. Every possible thing that could go wrong in this purchase did. It arrived, late, even after rebooting—-It NEVER worked, zero cables or controllers, even after extensive troubleshooting, nada. I am so disappointed, b/c so many games that the original console offered just are not available anymore. What I find most suspicious is that a version of the Fable game was still on the “renewed” or “refurbished” hard drive and it had 3 named user profiles in the game. The red/yellow lights blinked immediately and never left, and I even placed an 2 other (different) game discs in the drive and it STILL played Fable. What a fraud. I have come to the conclusion that it’s almost impossible to get a truly reconditioned or refurbished working original console. One of the warnings on the root kit screen even said “This is a hallucination”. Yes, perhaps, but the hallucination is expecting you to actually get what you paid for, actually working. Mr/Mrs seller, Amazon….tear down this lie.

Clean and dust-free,works great.

System works as expected. And as expected the disk tray did not open when I first turned it on. These things are just known for it. Once I got it open and a disk In it, everything works fine now. Real happy with its performance outside the disk tray not opening the first time used. Would recommend

Happy with retro refresh. Every unit purchased has been a pleasure. This xbox has been awesome.

Died after 2 months of having it not worth paying the amount asked

I am not a gamer so had no idea what I was actually ordering when I ordered it. My son asked for an original XBox console and sent me a link. I ordered and wrapped it for Christmas. When he opened it he was pleasantly surprised at how new it looked and works like a charm. Thank you
