I saw a video about GuaSha and decided to try it for inflammation, I got them delivered and used a lavender oil as well as a black currant seed oil for an easy glide, before I was experiencing pain in my legs and was careful rising to walk. I applied the stones with short downward strokes and when I tell you I truly feel good and relaxed right now at age 61, I’m totally sold and will order more as gifts to relieve family and friends of pain and inflammation. Love this so much
I dont quite like the texture but i usually slather massage oil on it. On a positive note: this set is so useful for the pain parts of my body. Felt the relief and did help with boosting blood circulation. Definitely didnt regret the purchase!
