WV 1 Plus Window Vacuum

Wow. 20 stars! I love clean windows and yet caught myself procrastinating to do the chore before buying this window vacuum. Whether it was paper towels and solution and it would never dry or a bucket and towel and squeegee that had to be wiped with every pass of the window it was all enough to not want to do the task. Then I watched a YouTube of this and decided it was worth the price and it really, really is! I put the squirter bottle (just using water folks) in my left hand and the vacuum in my right (I'm a rightie) and off I go. I've done windows, mirrors, the glass stove top, circular mirrors, the glass dining room table all with stellar results! Wow. Best invention ever and especially for paper towel avoidance. The squirt bottle has a removable soft towel like strip with attached squirt bottle. Squirt and rub with the towel like thing. Then after charging (holds the charge a long time), press the vacuum button to on and start swiping and it vacuums up every drop of moisture. You can place the squeegie anywhere and it doesn't deposit a wet line. Amazing. Gets into edges, corners, you name it. Lightweight to use. Super easy. Just left hand/right hand. I had some major water spots on glass and it cleaned it right up. Wish they'd give you an extra pad or two. I just put the towel thing in the sink tap and water down, swipe a little Dawn on it, rub and rinse and go back to cleaning. Saw on the YouTube not to use their cleaner. I've just used tap water with excellent results. No excuse not to have sparkling windows now. I even use the wet towel thing on screen windows and it removes dust instantly. Really a brilliant invention!!

Why am I just now hearing about this amazing little invention?! I hate cleaning mirrors and windows. Any glass surface. Can’t stand the buffing and dusting and all that jazz, but this makes it so much fun and is super easy! Plus my mirrors have never been this clean. Not a single piece of lint, dust, or a streak left behind. It sucks everything up and leaves a perfectly clean surface. I even tried it on my glass cooktop and now I think I’ll always use it to clean my cooktop. Really, a great invention. I charged it fully before use. Washed the microfiber cloth with soap and hot water and rinsed really well. No issues. I think this would make a great Christmas present for anyone that likes a clean home and is looking for smarter ways to keep it clean.

This is essentially and vacuum for windows. You still have to do the traditional soaping etc and the chemical they provide is good and efficient. Karcher is a very popular and reliable brand in Europe and I know it mostly for their steam cleaners. It is my bad, as I had not read carefully enough andI thought this would have some steaming function as well, but it does not. You first soap the glass and then the little device works like a sucking vacuum. On a warm day, you have to work very fast, as the vacuum only works on a wet surface, so I do my panoramic windows in batches. It works good, but not great. It still leaves some smudges on the edges and is streaky when you do not hold it right. It takes several trials to get used to it and know how to hold it on a glass. With a tall window, it is hard to go from top to bottom in one seamless move and when you lose the suction, that's when the streaks appear. Having said all that, I still think it is a useful little helper and will keep it.

Seems like a gimmick at first. But I love it! It is really practical and cleans windows beautifully. It contains two parts: The cleaning utensil (window mop) and the squeegee vacuum. Step 1: Mix Kaercher Window liquid to specification. Step 2: Attach the bottle to the cleaning utensil 3. Spray mist window through cleaning utensil while moving around on window and cleaning it. 4. Take out that little vacuum cleaner (2nd tool) 5. Run that vacuum cleaner vertically over windows. It cleans off in the suds like a charm. NO STREAKS!!! 6. Discard dirty sudsy water from squeegee vacuum container. Works best for normal, not ginormous windows. There is no extension function. So you have to be able to reach ALL of the window from where you are standing.

Broken after a month, waste money.
